Everyone from reception to accounts to the guys doing the work were polite and helpful. The work was completed a little late but that was because of late deliveries from other companies. We were kept up to date with everything. The garden was protected so minimal damage and all was made good. Very happy with Proseptic.

We recently had a sewage treatment plant installed in Guildford and couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. The entire team were professional, hardworking, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

We had a STP installed 4 years ago by Proseptic with no problems. Proseptic have just completed the installation of a new treatment plant for us.

The work was done promptly and neatly; the installation team (Nick and Darren) did a great job in difficult circumstances, and the administrative side has been handled very efficiently.

Selecting a reliable Company from those advertised, can be a minefield.
Careful reading and cross checking was done for several potentials, and Prosepitic were chosen on a basis of cost and professionalism.
After a site visit, the type of drainage field was determined.
Two very competent men did the work over a five day period, and were considerate and friendly.

Friendly, efficient and professional team

From our initial enquiry through to the installation and commissioning of our new tank we can thoroughly recommend Proseptic. We were rather apprehensive about the prospect of changing our old septic tank, but the team at ProSeptic made the conversion virtually stress free.
Tom (Roach) who carried out the initial survey was friendly, knowledgeable and positive. The back office staff, Sarah and Karen, provided us with communications which were helpful, timely and relevant.
The installation team headed by Luke and assisted by Aiden and Kieran were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We particularly appreciated their enthusiastic, cheerful, friendly and helpful manner.
The installation was started on the scheduled date, completed on time and to our full satisfaction.

Proseptic made this very difficult and challenging water treatment system installation look easy. From Tom Roach's technical solution and organisation, to the on site works by Nick and Daren, the whole event was carried out very professionally and diligently. I have to give a great deal of thanks and credit to Nick and Daren for the way in which they carried out the works as there was limited space for installation which also had to take all the plant, equipment and materials needed for the works. It ended up as being a bit of a block puzzle and yet Nick and Daren were able to solve this. They were also courteous and informative at all times and left the site (our front drive) almost as if they hadn't been there. I am very pleased I chose Proseptic and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic experience with Proseptic

Tom Roach the CEO provided deep off mains drainage expertise and fully understood what was required and got things moving when other firms failed to act because the drainage solution required was extremely challenging.
When it came to implementing the solution he designed and got approved by the EA he introduced Nick Best and Darren who were fantastic. They were given the challenge of installing a new treatment tank and connect this to a bore hole with very tight access and in an occupied home. Nick and Darren were always on time and kept our home and garden clean and tidy despite the disruption. They were always considerate to me, my wife and my dog at all times and focussed on getting the work done as quickly as possible without being intrusive. I was always kept informed and in what was a very horrible situation we felt and knew we were in excellent and experienced hands. They really know their stuff and how to work efficiently.
If you have drainage problems try Proseptic and ask for Tom Roach and suggest he has Nick and Darren do the work.
I highly recommend the Proseptic team if you have drainage issues.....they are the best.
