You gave us exactly what we wanted and we are very pleased with it.

We purchased the 4.8 Metre DIY catio. Had few problems but this was sorted very quickly and any missing parts were sent the next day.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent, personalised service and professional throughout. Even when I had issues with one of my cats impersonating a ninja and escaping, a solution was quickly found and the issue resolved. They also offer personalised enrichment for the enclosure, depending on your pets needs. They travel throughout the UK to offer their specialised service. A real must if you want to protect your fur babies.

I had my garden ‘Cat Proofed’ this week and couldn’t be happier with the service and finish! My beautiful kitten Lionel is my absolute world and though I have a Catio (also installed by Protect a Pet) which is well used I felt that when I had the money I would give Lionel his freedom within the boundaries of my garden. Protect a Pet’s operative Warren installed the fencing toppers and also netted my little alley where I store my bins. He was professional, efficient and had an excellent work ethic and the finish is stunning! Craig who arranged the work was knowledgeable, I had questions and he was so helpful and Anna called me a few days after the work was complete to see if I was happy with everything. I am more than happy and would recommend (& already have) Protect a Pet to everyone! Their customer service is second to none, I have felt really looked after during this whole journey! I’m so pleased I did this and would encourage others to do it too!

Informed delivery times, but the courier missed one package. Protectapet sent another straight away, and dealt with the courier directly. Very good quality, metal struts all good, mesh was quality, shame it was folded in half, as it made it awkward to tighten it to the struts.
Instructions simple, mesh easy to cut, but seems strong. (They've climbed up it and not affected it).
Corners a bit tricky to make neat.
Ended up with lots of little cuts from the mesh edge.
Definitely a two person job.
Glad we bought it, looks like it will last well.

Fabulous product and very knowledgeable. I have downsized from a large detached house where I had a big catio built off of the conservatory. I have moved towns and now have a small 1800 s stone terraced cottage with stone courtyard garden. Firstly they cover North Wales and they had no problem drilling into the stonework. You can buy the kits and do this yourself but I preferred to use their local installer. I have no parking so he had to unload kit and drills etc and then park in town car park and walk back. Not a squeak from him until he had finished and he then took me round and showed me how to maintain the kit. I can now have my kitchen door open and can get in with making this garden pretty. My five older indoor rescues now have another room in which to sit. I think the self installation kits start from about £500. This was £1700 including installation and was top of my budget when I moved. Fabulous. Wish I could attach some photos.

We have had our Protectapet cat enclosure for two weeks now and we are thrilled with it:)

Our two cats can now play safely in the garden and I don't have to worry about them going on the road/getting into a fight/getting stuck somewhere.

Max and Tom did a brilliant job fitting the enclosure - it was a non-standard space and they were really thoughtful and considerate.

We received our DIY catio (we ordered the smallest size) in excellent condition. Assembly was straightforward, and the instruction manual was clear and easy to follow. The only minor issue we encountered was that some of the metal sections were a bit tight when fitting them together, but everything slotted into place perfectly in the end. Interestingly, we were sent enough mesh for three catios! While it’s great to have extra on hand for future repairs, we’re a bit short on storage space for the surplus.

Protectapet carried out work for me 16th June. Tom was friendly and expertly installed the barriers. I strongly recommend all cat owners to research this excellent company and keep their fur babies safe and secure

All stages of the process to get the product took weeks. From advice, quotes and then follow up installation problems we got nothing back for extended stretches.

Made it totally unviable to will be returning.

Had ProtectaPet installed in my old house some time ago. Finally made a move to sumerset. Got intouch with ProtectaPet again as the service i received from start to finish is fabulous. Lovley company. Will definitely recommend them. My cats are safe and secure in there new home. Thanks ProtectaPet.

Great quality materials and simply to self install. Was worried it wouldn’t work but has kept the cat in our garden after multiple escape attempts.

Excellent quality fencing and now both my two older kittens are safe and secure! Incredibly happy and Warren was very friendly, took his time with the work and reassured me on everything regarding my cats safety and any potential escape points and he got those covered! I’m here a week later and no escapes! 😀 they are both more relaxed now that they can roam freely in and out of my home. Also pointing out that the free catnip mouse for both of them was such a lovely kind thing to do! My kittens went mental at first 🤣🥹

Very friendly and helpful. The cats, although attempting a few times and even now seek for any weakness, cannot breach the fence. They get to run like madmen in the garden and into the house at 100 miles an hour! They love their new garden access and all of it stress and worry free

The ProtectaPet cat fence has done exactly as I hoped, and was easier to put up than I thought. Craig was really helpful in assessing various options and extremely patient and willing to assist in the decision making process. Definitely worth it.

My cat loves her enclosure. The speed in which from enquiring to fitting was second to none. A most impressive timescale.
The enclosure is very safe and secure and l would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wanting to create a safe outside space for their beloved pet.

Great product, whilst expensive it has given us complete peace of mind that our two kittens will be able to play safely in our garden without escaping. The installation tech, Phil, was friendly and carried out the work efficiently and left my garden spotless.
