Poor costumer service

Website says "Reputable brands like Protein Factory provide a COA for every product", yet I asked 2 times via text message to provide the COA for the CFM protein and 1 time via email again for the COA of the CFM and after 10 days no response at all whatsoever.

I started buying protein from this company years ago, and Alex seemed to be helpful back then and trusted his protein powders. According to many other reviews, the company has been going downhill for the past couple of years , I wouldn't be surprised protein powder quality is also no longer the same

2025 DISASTER

2025 DISASTER- I have been doing business with Alex for many years because of his knowledge and quality products. In the past 2 years I feel he is letting his company slip cause of the poor quality of shipping and incompetent employees that complete packages for shipment. In the past year or so, items received are without a packing slip of content. If it was my company, there would be a packing slip with the packers initials on invoice. By doing so, you know which moo moo to go to that keeps messing up orders!!. I believe that ever since orders come out of California vs NJ have been the worst for his business.

Cpc stack missing one c

Ok so i order from them for a long time! The products are good but it seems to me that my purchase is always put on the back of the list. I ordered this last time a cpc stack. Key word :stack", so i get after waiting 9 days to process my order a shipping notification informs me that its shipping! I sent Mr. Rogers a text to remind them to process my order everyday before it shipped. The day it ships, I get a sorry we are out of stock on one of the three items that consist " rilrose" . My understanding of a stack is to take them together to create more nutrients for recovery. This is used post workout.
With out one product its irrelevant. Never asked what I would like to do wait, order something else. He chose wait. I've been waiting since the 14th for the rilrose, his excuse for my order being processed delayed was that they launched a new product and it hit! Good for him but that should never affect my order. Hasn't returned my text, email, so im letting everyone know how he has conducted business with me! I've had orders in the past that got lost, he replaced had no choice! I believe its either the fact im by the border, or my must no like mixed ethnic people. Or simply he may be a nutritional guru, but not a very good business, customer service, or even a person who is trying to help people achieve the fitness goals. He is in this for the money. Not a care for anyone else goals,

Credit card was charged on the day…

Credit card was charged on the day order was placed. Order was not shipped and all attempts to contact were never answered.Called CC company and started a dispute. Will not order again from them.What happened? They were a good company.

Was told my order was delayed..

Was told my order was delayed... I was fine with that.
Got a USPS tracking within 3 days, then it sat in California...Well its still in Cali a month later. Charged my CC, took payment and no goods?
Now its going on 2 months.... Ive sent several Emails and Texts and no return updates. If only there would be
updates. Id be fine and understand.
I feel like this is a scam. Ive had to go through other vendors and spend more $$$ because I ran out of everything.

Bad Values

The company processed my money and never delivered the products. Not one response in three months. Had to dispute charges with bank and credit card company, that took two months. Magically, on the same day that Visa inquired about allegations, ProteinFacory (PF) found my USPS tracking number. PF transferred my tracking number to a different order and shipped it with the wrong address, USPS caught that one. They got busted and had to refund my money. Bad business values, if any...
Go somewhere else, time is money.

Good product

Happy with the product I received. Creatine tablets taste good and go down easy, they taste like candy. Haven’t noticed any bad side effects like some other brands. Will purchase again

Weak point in Shipping

I like how they provide quality protein for a discount. But, I don’t like how long it takes to receive the protein. Their shipping really is their weak point which is disappointing. I now have to order 15 days before I think i’m going to need protein (For Standard Shipping 1-10 days). Even when I pay for 1-7 day shipping, I get an email saying it shipped exactly 7 days after I ordered it. Why even say 1-7 when in reality it’s 10 days until I receive it because I now have to wait for the package to actually get here after it’s shipped? It’s almost like they wait the last second to send it. I just don’t get it and I hope this gets fixed.

Protein Factory is legit

I have been buying from Protein Factory for over a decade, and have always gotten great quality cutting edge product at a fair price. I'm an elite athlete, used to be pro, and have used pretty much everything out in the marketplace. Protein Factory protein has less crap and provides more results than anything else I've tried, which is why I've stayed with them. Used Leucine Peptides for the first time this year, and put on 4 lbs of muscle/ lost 5 lbs of fat in 2 months (no other dietary or training change). Pretty damn good for 59.
And for those folks that complain about shipping times-- yeah, it's a small business, which means you don't get it the next day, BUT you get personal service with a ton of expertise. Just plan ahead and order a week earlier :-)

Orders take forever to process even…

Orders take forever to process even though they take your money right away. Even if product isn't available they will still process the order and not inform you that the item isn't available just to take your money. You won't know that you're not getting the actual order until you receive your order in the mail 3 weeks later and it's wrong. Think twice before ordering from thia company. I feel like its partly a scam.

I ordered from you a few days ago and I couldn’t care less how long it takes to get to my house. Small companies often get behind. But that’s a sign they are doing things the right way and not taking shortcuts. FUDGE THAT CUSTOMER. “You want to play this game?” And then your comeback is literally proof you are an awful person. I hope you never get protein powder ever again!

Absolutety BS company

Alex left me a voice note that he did not need my business.Let me tell you,I don't need your business.You don't ship products on time and when you are asked,you feel offended.Go,see a psychiatrist.
Orders shipments are way beyond their promised time line.
EDIT:you wanna play this game.lets play it.You are unethical because you don't ship products on time,even though one pays for express shipping and when you are asked ,you ,just like a tyrant ,use foul words.You are little man with big ego.

We are a small business, not amazon.com. Sometimes we get behind with orders. But one thing our company does not tolerate is name calling. You texted us that we are unethical, which by definition which means we lack morals or principals. which again you stated we are with this review as proof. We would not be in business for 25 years if we were unethical and I find that highly insulting. We work hard to ship all orders out on time and we do accommodate special requests. The solution is to buy our products on amazon.com if you want fast shipping.

I was not offended by someone asking me where your order is. I was offended when you called me unethical. and you are correct I do not do business with people that act like you do and are nasty liars.

First time using the site

First time using the site, not impressed. Ordered some monohydrate in June 27th, so I look up the order number on the site and it says “completed”. So I go to my email and I’ve got an email in there from July 5th saying it ready for shipping. Only problem is it’s been 10 days since I ordered it. Little trouble at the warehouse guys? Not a good first impression.

I have only been using these products…

I have only been using these products (specifically the mass stack) for a few weeks and already notice improved gains, in that my muscles feel fuller and I just feel less bloated and better all around. The fact that they promptly reply to my questions only adds to my enthusiasm for my new favorite company.

Disappointing Experience: Lack of Communication and Customer Service

It is with a heavy heart that I am compelled to write this review about Protein Factory, a brand I have cherished and supported for years. However, recent events have left me profoundly disappointed and frustrated.

After placing an online order, I encountered a concerning issue where my package was inexplicably returned to the sender. Seeking clarification and resolution, I reached out to Protein Factory through the communication channels they specified – via text and email. However, to my disappointment, my attempts at contact have been met with deafening silence.

It has been a staggering 19 days since my initial inquiry, yet I have received no communication or act of customer service from Protien Factory.This level of disregard is entirely out of character for a company I have trusted and patronized for so long.
The lack of response is particularly disheartening considering the unwavering quality of Protein Factory's products. However, it pains me to admit that this stellar product quality is overshadowed by abysmal customer service and communication practices.

Echoing the experiences of other dissatisfied customers, such as Steve Pearl, it appears evident that there has been a notable decline in the company's dedication to its patrons. It is disheartening to witness what feels like a loss of passion for the business from the company's leadership.

While I still hold faith in the excellence of Protein Factory's products, I cannot in good conscience recommend purchasing from them online. Until there is a demonstrable improvement in their customer service and communication, I urge potential customers to exercise caution and explore alternative purchasing avenues.

In conclusion, while I regret having to issue such a warning about a brand I once held in high regard, I cannot overlook the lack of accountability and care demonstrated by Protein Factory. Proceed with caution, and do not let this company take your money without delivering the service and support you deserve.

You also write like BUYER beware, they rip people off. WE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER TO BEGIN WITH. We ain't perfect, so yea we missed your email, but don't be a cry baby and simply TEXT us, it literally takes 5 seconds. I would not have returned a harsh reply to you, but I don't like when people try to deter other people from buying from me. That is vicious and malicious behavior. That being said, if you did NOT issue a chargeback, you could text me at 732.901.9600, and I"ll reship your order PLUS maybe give you something extra. But if you're going to be malicious and try to damage my business, then issue the chargeback. I'd rather not sell to your type of personality.

Tectanic Red

I recently purchased Tectanic Red per Alex's recommendation. I decided to test it out on leg day, and the results were phenomenal. I hit a PR squatting and felt much more strength and endurance than usual. Generally after I do heavy sets in squats my legs will be gassed when performing iso exercises such has ham curls, but not this time. I was able to lift more weight and hit more reps than expected. One day later and I am feeling zero soreness. I'm more than happy with my purchase, great stuff!
