Service has been getting worse and worse and this time THEY COMPLETELY STOLE MY MONEY.
4 attempts by email and text to check the status of my order and NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

This company is totally tanking into the toilet bowl. They were good when the owner Alex had a passion for business 20 years ago. Now evidently he couldn't care less about the his customers, and even stealing money now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are many great companies very eager to please

No bull listen to the reviews. The shipping is bull I never received a tracking number 14 days later no package no tracking number. No response at the end. I called UPS they informed me it was delivered on the 17th. again emailed and text protein factory finally this Wednesday January 2024 finally responded and send me a picture of the tracking information. Nope no package I guess it’s my fault for ordering from them should have checked the reviews.I’m out 100 bucks and I’ll protein factory said is oh well. Never buying from this company again.

Just received my 2lb. 520 Hydrolized and 10lb. Wisconsin Whey Isolate.
Excellent combination of the two proteins.
Clean protein. My new go-to protein provider.

I ordered egg white protein on 10/16/23, the money was taken out of my account 10/17/23. Shipping was 4 to 14 days for $0.99. I waited 14 business days when I did not receive the item, I texted 11/6/23 with no response. I then sent a messenger message 11/7/23 with no response. Today, 11/8/23, I emailed Alex stating, if the item was not shipped yet, I would like to cancel the order or if it has shipped, when can I expect to receive it. He replied stating he will cancel the order. I wish there was a customer service to talk to, but there is only text, messenger or email to contact Alex.
Also, I don't know what the hold up was for such a delay. If it is due to low supply, maybe note on your website that there is a high demand and that it could take longer that 2 weeks or whatever the time frame might be. Just a suggestion. ✌️
Now to wait and see when the money goes back into my account.
11/13 - still waiting on my refund.

Awesome bang for your buck. Same prices as Myprotein but there's no soy or artificial crap in it. Just pure protein for a low price. I've been a customer for about a year and a half now and that'll definitely continue.

I ordered my product 18 days ago! It still hasn’t shipped! They have taken far too long with this order, and better yet, customer service barely even responds. I need my money back. Don’t even ship my item. I would think twice about buying from this website as he will take your money and drag his ass!!!

I ordered a bottle of unleashed on Oct 16 with an extra 20 dollars for their 4 day shipping. It has just been shipped today on Oct 25. I am not sure why it shipped so late, but if you’re thinking about spending the extra money on shipping, most likely, you will get regular shipping services.

Alex has the best product range and most quality ingredients I’ve ever seen in the sports nutrition industry by a street! His wealth of knowledge and no Bulls*** approach to protein and nutritional products will give you just what you need to get them gainz!

Oh my gosh where to begin. Third party tested, superior quality back with mountains of research. You'd be a fool looking for products anywhere else.

Alex was super helpful. I made a dumb mistake ordering, and he rapidly fixed my issue even before receiving my return. Really makes me trust this company.

Native Whey Protein Isolate- After A LOT of research on whey protein, I bought this one. Dissolves really well, tastes good. Even the plain one tastes good - like a creamy milk. No stomach issues. Overall a great product and worth the price. The cheap shipping option even made the price somewhat competitive to some of the cheaper proteins that charge more for shipping (considering the weight).

On April 11th, I purchased the Caldrol 500. My package was given a tracking number, but USPS never received it. Customer service is only available via text or email; the owner seldom responds to customer concerns. Shipping is extremely slow, as well. My usual approach to reviewing isn't to leave bad reviews, but the shipping and customer service is so bad that I'm compelled to do so. As of this review, I'm still awaiting my package, and the owner won't even respond with a tracking number. I sent a complaint through Paypal to get a refund because I am tired of dealing with this company.

I was charged for a ebook and never received it

I used $20 fastest shipping (1-4 days) for the ZF goat colostrum and it's going to take 11 days. I emailed them about a refund for the fast shipping and haven't gotten a response.

I have Crohn's, which this product helps at least ease my mind about (and plan on ordering as much as possible since I've felt improvements here and there), so going so long without it isn't a great feeling.

I ordered with 1-7 day shipping last time, and got it pretty late, too, possibly a day or so earlier even than with the 1-4 day shipping.

Each time during these two orders, I feel like I had to email them each time before they shipped it out—though this could've been coincidence (and thus maybe they haven't acknowledged me writing to them).

I thought about giving 2/5 stars for service, if it wasn't for feeling good about the product, etc.

I will have to say that this protein is high quality.

I have ordered my LJ 100 Tongkat Ali on the 10th of February. Now is 23rd of April and I still haven't received it. I have contacted customer service on April 2nd and never received an answer. The tracking number shows that the package went all the way to my country and then returned back to their shop. I would certainly appreciate if someone finally responds to my emails and start communicating with me as I haven't received the product that I purchased, nor the money that I paid for it.

I’ve always had a good experience with this company. I really enjoy the products and feel that they are superior and pure. Only thing that I don’t like is the shipping seems like it takes a long time to get from New Jersey to New York.
