Very high level of customer service
I received exceptional customer service from Aidan Fugler. He sent me a detailed email first which gave me all the potential options. This was followed by completing a transaction for cbd paste. I am fully aware of the tracking process which alot of companies don't even bother to update you on progress of the delivery. Aidan has gone over and beyond and it seems this is normal practice which just shows the high levels that provocan is working on. Brilliant.

I have been a customer of Provocan for a number of years, principally because of the efficacy and consistency of their products, and have always found them excellent to deal with. My experience yesterday and today though has been exceptional, hence this review.
Provocan had a 50% off deal for Valentine's but due to other commitments I couldn't take advantage of it until yesterday when the offer was due to stop at 1100. I placed my order at 0830 and, to put it mildly, was a bit miffed when the offer code was not accepted. My email complaint was answered promptly by Aidan Fugler who went way beyond what I would consider to be normal levels of customer service to ensure the problem was resolved.
Not only is Aidan a credit to his Company but his enthusiasm for his job is a direct reflection of how Provocan treats their staff.

HI I love the top quality CBD oil and CBD balm I bought at a great discount.
I had problems paying on line since neither of my cards were initially accepted. Provacan were very helpful sending me links for payment when my cards failed and seeing me through the whole process. Ideally I they could have taken payment over the phone. But its a great product and I'm definitely a faithful customer so this saw me through the frustration.
