#1 Top Choice for Bullion, online or anywhere else! Of the half dozen or so bullion dealers I have tried, Provident Metals is my favorite. I have placed 23 orders with Provident, while my second most favorite dealer only got my business 9 times.. and for good reason. Great Prices & Customer Service, Accurate Product Description Pages.. I've even had the pleasure of speaking with CEO Joe Merrick (real nice guy - very receptive and responsive). I will stick with Provident until they sell out! ;) And hopefully they never do.

The worse precious metals company I have ever purchased from. I ordered 20 uncirculated American Silver Eagles. The coins arrived almost a month after payment and were horribly damaged. I called customer service twice only to be told to email my complaint and request for replacement or refund. I have now emailed customer service twice only to receive no response. It has been two months, I have made 4 complaints, and Provident Metals has yet to honor their 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

EDIT: The response posted by Provident Metals below is a lie. I did not recieve the coins the day after they were shipped. I was not offered a paid return label if I emailed photographs either (the call was recorded so they should know this). Additionally, Provident Metals wants me to send 12 emails (one for each picture) before they will honor THEIR 100% Sattisfaction Gaurantee? The proof is in the pudding.

Bought Radom ASE's...all were spotted...emailed twice to customer service, even contacted owner, no response. Extremely poor customer service, either that or they didn't like my name. My last time buying from them. Not that they care really. Clearly.

Items still haven’t come. It’s been almost three weeks. Called with tracking number and they told me I need to wait 30 days to file a claim. Tracking number shows it never left their building.

30 days late. I made two phones calls inquiring and was supposed to be called back each time. Never happened. Now they insist that I need to file a claim with their insurance company accusing the USPS of the loss. Laura says this happens all the time.

I made the order late Thursday night and the order was not put together till Tuesday. And it will not be shipped till Wednesday. I thought I liked Provident, but I might just have to go back to APMEX for my silver needs. If I make an order, and you take my money, I expect you to get busy and start fulfilling my order.
