Incorrect pressing instructions, wasted product

I ordered three different screen prints from this company. Two pressed flawlessly, the third would not adhere correctly no matter what I tried. Adjusted pressure, heat and time. I reached out to the company and they said the transfer I’m having issues with has different heat requirements than the other two. I find it frustrating they didn’t have the correct pressing instruction included with the product. The only settings I found in my package were a lower heat setting. I wasted two shirts trying to get this transfer to adhere correctly. I didn’t want to risk wasting more of my blank shirts trying to press it again. I requested a refund and was told I can send them back (at my expense) and get a store credit. I’m choosing to eat the cost because I’m not paying for shipping when I have no desire to ever use the store credit they’re offering.

With each order, we send an email with recommended application instructions, and you can find the instructions listed with the item details on our website. When you reached out, we requested heat press and application settings you were using so we could determine what the issue could be. We provided some recommendations to help the design adhere correctly. If the transfers still didn't work, we would work with you for a resolution. If you decide to try our recommended adjustments, let us know how they work out, and we will adjust your account accordingly.

Great Customer Support

I have been using Pro World for several years. The customer support is phenomenal. When you have an issue with an order or a particular product, they communicate with you until the issue is resolved. That is a quality that not too many businesses have these days.

I love my new SG500 Printer

I love my new SG500 Printer. My only complaint or issue, is the ink that should be printing red, is printing orange. I'm hoping this issue will work itself out, because when my design has red in it, I need my printer to print red.
