Another 1 star review, new month, same me with same old proxy issues, just writing this here as im again having issues with their proxies, quality is super poor, customer service is non existent, you only get robotic answers and it always starts with sorry but there is no actual solution apart waiting and loosing profit, actually disgusting company and stay away at all costs, thanks for reading

Extremeley bad.
You have t-o use the bot and wait 20-50minutes for an human, then if they enter the chat you have 5 minutes to respond or the chat gets closed!

You cant refund anything they just add it as balance.

A terrible experience. I referred many friends and earned $190 in cashback. I submitted the withdrawal request on the 27th when it was still $190, but now it's become $167 with no explanation at all

This site is just a scam , without real customers support they made me very mad today because I was talking to one of them about my problem which is the proxy doesn't work and in the middle of conversation I got Automated msg told my we are offline now will back in a few hours this is not my first time to buy from this this site tho , first was same issues but I give it another chance

I bought a long-term residential IP from an American ISP, but the ASN that provided me with the service was a network company located in Ukraine, and it was a broadcast IP, not a native IP. I never used it after purchasing it, and asked the staff to try to change it, but they still didn't support it after waiting for several days. I don't recommend buying from this company, wasting time.

Gave me wrong Geo Location. I purchased ten ISP proxies for Japan location but it's located in Lithuania. When I asked them to replacement or refund, they said they can't even though I just purchased the proxies like two hours ago and haven't really used it. Stay away from this scamming site because once you give your money to them, they will scam you with wrong proxies and you can do nothing about it.

Shit service, they give me proxies with fraud score 89% and don't want replacement..

I bought a Colombian residential premium proxy, but the IP is detected as coming from Lithuania or Germany by TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pixelscan, and Whoer. The ISP is Lithuanian, so even though MaxMind says it’s Colombian, most platforms block or misclassify it — making it useless for Colombian geolocation.

I requested a refund on the same day, but support kept closing the chat and later refused, falsely claiming the proxy was used for over 72 hours.

The service was not as described, and the ISP clearly doesn’t match the promised location. Avoid this company — they don’t stand by what they sell.

I was able to get set up with the help of the help desk. It was fast and my questions were answered and I am ready to rock and roll.

I purchased their service but haven't used it. When checking with ipdata, the trust score was too low (33 points). Customer service refused to refund, and I could only change the IP once (as a so-called special case). They gave me an IP with a trust score of 0 points. I don't want to waste any more time, but I feel it's necessary to share my experience.

Premium Static dedicated Residential proxy
I only use Proxy Cheap for Premium Static dedicated Residential proxy and I haven't had any problems. The Premium version gives out a clean IP which is undetected and has a fraud score of 0. However, the Static Residential IPs without Premium are recognized as Data Center proxies and are therefore irrelevant for activities where a good Residential proxy is necessary. The premium static IPs cost €10, which is a good price for a good IP that you also get. I haven't tested mobile proxies or anything else, so I can't comment on that. The customer support is okay; you start by speaking to a bot who is there for general questions. If the question goes beyond that, you are connected to a human. However, it can sometimes take a while until a human is available. When one does, they are friendly and helpful. The user interface where you manage your proxies is very clear. I give it 4 stars because the things mentioned are very positive. I'm deducting one star because I find it a disadvantage that you can't exchange the IP address you purchase with a static proxy if it has a poor fraud score. I've had better experiences with other providers. Furthermore, the static residential proxies (without premium) aren't good. 1. They're recognized as data centers, and 2. They have a small IP pool.

(But this problem exists with every provider.)

I have bought a proxy for Bulgaria, when I tried 20 different sites, the proxy showed that it was located in Lithunia, and they claimed that they use only one site for geolocation (maybe they own the site) for IP geolocation, which showed Bulgaria, what a joke... Then I checked the proxy on the ipqualityscore site, and it was detected as fraudulent. I have bought a premium dedicated IP, but it isn't supposed to be like that. I have requested a refund, but they refused.

poor customer service, They don't understand the product they sell. I can't buy more traffic for Rotating Residential, while buying a new package is annoying for changing the ip on the customer's system

Gave me proxies with high fraud score, asked to refund to balance to buy certain proxies that weren't showing as fake proxies but was denied by staff, kind of a joke considering I was looking to buy more

Title: Scammy, Unreliable and Useless – Stay Away from Proxy Cheap

I bought 30 proxies from Proxy Cheap and regret every cent spent. 10 of them didn’t work for my application, their excuse? They’re “offer site” proxies which cannot work. This term is never properly explained or mentioned clearly anywhere before purchase. It feels intentionally misleading.

To make matters worse, 3 more proxies went completely offline today and are now dead. The support is a joke, they take 3 to 4 hours to reply, if they even respond at all. By the time they do, you’re already off the PC and the issue is still unresolved.

Worse yet, they refuse to replace broken or incompatible proxies. The communication is terrible and completely unhelpful. They clearly don’t care about their customers once they’ve taken your money.

Avoid Proxy Cheap at all costs. The service is unstable, the support is incompetent, and the entire experience feels like a scam.
