I bought a proxy with extra speed added from them, and as a result the proxy works so intermittently that it is simply impossible to use. It literally froze every minute and the connection just crashed. I tried on a PC and iOS. I wrote everything down to the support team, and instead of apologizing like other services and replacing this cheap proxy, they started writing me such a clown show that I immediately realized it was a wild scam. They suggested checking through AdSpower, well, I didn’t understand why, but I checked honestly - the same situation. As a result, I quote the support team: “I checked from the backend, issue most likely with your concurrent connections. even though proxy speed is upgraded to 3oombit, the connection is way above 1gb. please check with implementing this

1. Disconnect from proxy and completely delete the proxy data.
2. Restart router
3. Wait ~30min-2h for it to be used again. You do not currently allow for proxy to close unclosed connections thus constantly breaking proxy
connection.”
Well, you get the idea, right? In short, I laughed at this incredibly smart person in support, said that I would definitely write a review on review sites and shoot a video about them on my YouTube channel with 500k subscribers, since I regularly test proxy providers there. By the way, this is the first time I've encountered this, usually it happens that a replacement is made after a conversation with support, or a refund is made, or they exchange for the same bad proxies if the provider is so-so. Then support wrote the following: "I checked and could see the suggestion was not done, notwithstanding, I will replace the proxy but please note that this is a one-time gesture. Meanwhile the upgrade will not be included. the speed". Check out the generosity and style of communication. In general, I sent them far away and forgot about this site like a bad dream, you can look at my review of it, it will be easy to find in a couple of days. Beware of this provider, extremely terrible, although a year ago I could even recommend them as one of the best. By the way, the name of the support agent Boji S (that's what street dogs are called in Turkey, which is funny)

I used their proxy service for just one day, and it completely stopped working, especially for social media like TikTok. When I reached out for help, I was connected with an agent named Boji, and it was all downhill from there.

Boji was rude, patronizing, and flat-out refused to answer my questions. Instead of helping, he kept ignoring my concerns.
I told him I had tested other proxies from different services and those worked fine but he didn’t care. He just wanted to shut the conversation down or taking over 10 minutes to get back to me. I literally spent hours speaking to him and their other agents.

They kept my money, gave me zero support, and left me with a service that didn’t work at all. If you’re thinking about using their proxy "don’t". Save your money and go somewhere else. This is hands down the worst proxy experience I’ve ever had.

Very bad experience. I was using their proxy for the last 3 months. Everything was fine but for the last 2 weeks their proxies are not working for social media. Especially TIKTOK is not working on any of their proxies. When I try to talk to their customer support their agents were rude, not helpful. Not listening to my problems and just saying "our proxy is active, there might be a problem with TIKTOK. We can't help you with that." I told him that I had tested other proxies from different websites and they were working fine but no, he was trying to prove me wrong, and repeating the same dialogue over and over again.

Their support service is unreachable. I have done 3 attempts to contact them during the last weeks using their support chat and nobody responds. There are technical issues with the proxies they are selling.

UPDATE MARCH 31st: I have reduced my rating to 1 star because I tried to reach by email following proxy-cheap advice when they responded to my review here, but of course nobody responded to the email. It is literally a ghost company, you pay and receive something which can be good or bad. If it works all good. If it doesnt work then you are dead in the water because they will not do anything to help.

When you have a problem with your proxy ip, their online customer service, won't help you with the problem. It's like a robot.

I've been a costumer for this company for almost a year and even tho I had some issues on the past with them related to proxy speed and sudden proxy disconnection I always gave them the benefit of the doubt since the service was reliable enough, however today I bought another proxy and to my surprise the proxy was detected as VPN/Proxy for some sites. Since I cannot use them that way I asked for a change of proxy. The costumer service representative refused to change the proxy or make any refunds and if you take a look at their "Feature Request" section you will notice many complaints of people whose proxy failed and they refused to change it or refund it.
So if you want to buy from this people do it at your own risk, they do not give refunds nor they change your proxy under any circumstance. Oh and the costumer support is extremely slow to respond. Be warned.

1. Disgusting tech support that will never solve your problem. Always answer after 6-8 hours in chat. On my last question about why I can not extend the proxy, came the answer from Olia: “Thank you for contacting us” and that's it....

2. The site itself is very crooked. I had missing balance figures and active proxies. It turned out to be a matter of browser cache. This is the first site with which I had such problems.

3. For some reason I can not extend my proxies (add gb). Just disappeared this function, well, and naturally the support under the nickname Ola thanked me for turning to her

4. You can say goodbye to your balance forever, if you suddenly do not like the service (and you will definitely be disappointed in it after working with such proxies). Let's say you deposit 100$, buy proxies, you have 50$ left and you don't like the service. No one will return your money

This company is a total SCAM! Stay away—they don’t care about the quality of their proxies, and if you get a bad one, they won’t refund your money, even if you haven’t used any bandwidth and contact them in the 3 days. STAY AWAY...

I was well within the 24 hours and under the 20% bandwidth use that their policy states.

I was told "the refund does not work that way, it has to be according to the policy" when I was requesting a refund well within the terms of what the policy states (I read it before buying, I bought to test it as they do not offer a trial)

Then I was told "first we need to confirm what the issue is and if applicable for a refund"... is that even legal? What do you mean "if" applicable for a refund. UK law supports my refund request, and your own policy allows it on top of that.

After some back and forth for over 40 minutes they finally said that the refund was started.

Edit after reply from Proxy Cheap:
Your policy says you give a full refund within 24 hours of purchase + less than 20% bandwidth used. When I asked for a refund that should've been it (since again, according to your policy I'm well within the terms), I shouldn't have to wait for 40 minutes. 👎🏻 on your response.

Proxy-Cheap is a pure scam. On their sales page, they claim to offer static residential proxies. I bought a 7-day trial. The first time, I bought a USA proxy, but instead, they gave me a Bulgarian Liepark communication proxy, which is a data center proxy, not a residential one. I then tried again, selecting USA proxies from CenturyLink ISP. However, they gave me a data center proxy from NetEnterprise, not CenturyLink ISP. This proxy is essentially a decent VPN everywhere.

The proxy also had issues with data transfer blocking, average speed, and many sites blocking the data transfer. I reached out to customer support three times, but they never replied. I tried messaging during their working hours, but there was no response. After 8 hours, I messaged again, and when I went offline, I checked an hour later to find they closed my support ticket without solving the problem. I messaged them again, but after 2 hours of being active in the chat, there was still no reply.

I restarted my phone, and after an hour, I checked again, and they claimed that the USA NetEnterprise proxy was a residential static proxy. I ordered CenturyLink again, but they didn’t solve the issue. They gave me a highly used, fraudulent, spammy proxy instead. It’s completely worthless. Now, I’m trying to contact their customer support again, but the Proxy-Cheap bot says they’re offline for the weekend. I have proof they are scammers, but Trustpilot has given them a high rating, even though all reviews are fake.

I bought Static Residential Proxy for 9.99$, accordingly they are never used before on the system. I tried using this proxy on my target website and got immediately banned on registration, when I checked the IP through some quality score databases, some of them indicated that IP is flagged as Proxy. I understand that it is pretty much impossible to please all ip quality checkers, but since this proxy didn't work on my target website, I expected at least to replace proxy with the other one, cause paying 9.99$ for a static residential is quite pricey. They refused to replace it and started responding with common "it is not our proxy fault" attitude. Im not an amateur and I can see that when I change proxy, registration on the target website works and no ban is given, so it must be a proxies fault. Again, all I expected is to be able to replace proxy in case it doesnt work in my case.

they are super, my proxy works its been 8months now.

They provided me with a bad proxy that was not real residential and caused my accounts to get banned and when I asked to replace or refund the proxy they straight up refused to acknowledge that their proxy is the problem.

I bought a few proxies as a test.
All of them showing up as data center/hosting

I told the support they are not good enough for me, I need them to show up as dsl/fixed line

I also told them if we can solve this I will be buying 50 isp proxies (180$+ a month)

They are not interested in fixing this, I didn’t even use the proxies at this point, so it’s not like they would lose anything.
Just that I should check the proxies on maxmind

Don’t waste your time, support won’t help you and not interesting in replacing a single proxy, even if it would lead to more sales!?
(Maybe they are not fixing this because non of their proxies show up properly anywhere else?)

I bought a single ISP proxy as a test from them.
Instead of Comcast, its showing up as "Ace Data Centers II / Neurial"
sites detect it as datacenter/server/hosting instead of fixed line isp.
Fraud score 80.

If your proxies showing up correctly on maxmind, but showing up incorrectly 9 other site, then the issue is probably with the proxies..

Support said they won't provide a replacement or a refund for this reason.

Be ready to get blocked on Facebook if you use this service. Don’t be tempted by their prices—a free proxy would give you the same results. I strongly recommend avoiding this proxy provider. Every proxy I bought was detected as a VPN, making them completely useless. It feels like many of the positive reviews are fake and don’t reflect the real experience.

Their customer support is terrible. They leave you hanging until the chat disconnects automatically. When you try again, they give generic replies and then ignore you all over again.

I tried their so-called "premium" proxies in Canada, but both IPs I tested showed as being in Ukraine on most trusted IP lookup websites. The company keeps pushing you to rely on MaxMind, likely because it gives them the results they want, even though more reputable websites say otherwise. This is misleading and untrustworthy.

Overall, this service is unreliable, unhelpful, and not worth your money. Avoid them and look elsewhere.

very poor proxy and even worse customer service

It is a very bad proxy and very very bad customer support please don't buy proxies with this.

I made a payment to this company, but they assured me I would receive a refund within 14 days. It has been well beyond that period, and I have not received my money back. I tried contacting them, but they have not resolved the issue or provided any updates. This experience has been very frustrating, and I cannot recommend this service.

I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Refund promises should be taken seriously, and customers deserve better service.
