Breach of guidelines
Wrong geolocation
The proxy's geolocation was Netherlands but I have bought it for UAE and when I contacted their customer support right after purchasing it they started to make excuses that you can buy residential proxy it is static. I mean what the hell if your proxy never run as it was meant to be then why should I make another purchase instead of making it right. Customer service is zero. And they don't refund you so I would recommend to avoid this website.

The problem with this proxy seller is that many of the proxies don’t work at all. When you contact support, they just tell you to wait. I’ve had to wait for hours for them to bring the server back online.

Fake low-quality ISPs
I purchased a Korean IP address to use on TikTok, but ended up with a Japanese IP. After requesting a replacement, I still received a Japanese IP. Furthermore, the account registered with this IP was quickly banned. If they don't have a Korean IP, they should just say so—it's all low-quality fake ISPs.

Awful payment system!
Awful payment system!! I frequently pay to renew the proxy and they charge my credit card but don't renew it!! And then starts the endless back and forth with their useless support (I always get Sergey, totally unhelpful)! I receive a confirmation email from them for my payment, yet they pretend they didn't receive anything and ask me to send them a screenshot for the payment from my bank app!
Their payment system is broken and I have to go through this horrible experience wasting hours talking to their support!
Moreover, I told their management time and time again about this issue and they never fixed it! They confirm the payment yet tell me they still didn't receive it, how worst can it be???

think twice before buying proxy off this website
I’ve used this provider before, years ago. In 2021, I bought a Malaysia IP from them, but after checking the ping and route, it turned out the server was actually in Germany. They kept insisting it was Malaysia.
After many years, I decided to try them again, and unfortunately the same issue happened. The IP is sold as Malaysia, but when I checked it with PingPlotter, the last hop shows the server is in the USA, with very high ping.
When I raised this, they just sent IP location website screenshots and kept arguing instead of fixing the issue.
Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

Wrong Geo-Location, Refund work!
I purchased Static ISP proxies. I purchased Brazil location, however, from MULTIPLE brazil locations I was getting 130ms+ ping. From Miami (which I used ipinfo.io to see location), I was getting roughly 20ms. They advertise wrong locations, and this is not how a business should work. Regardless of location, I gave them an extra 1 star for good pricing + 0 fraud score, so they are high quality, but wrong geo locations.
I also contacted support for maybe a different subnet or proxy, same thing, they are from Miami. Once they were unable to respond, they did kindly let me receive a refund, however, I do recommend them to use more reliable IP databases, ip2world is known to be inaccurate.
