NOT transparent with bandwidth accuracy
I have been subscribing to Proxy-Seller since the first quarter of this year, and my proxy usage has always been consistent. Typically, 1 GB is sufficient for me, and I have never exceeded that amount within a month.
My residential proxy subscription was due to expire on December 17, so I added an additional 1 GB to extend the service until January 17. However, I later received an email stating that my service had already expired and that I needed to purchase more GB.
I requested usage logs to understand how the 1 GB was supposedly consumed within just three days, but they were unable to provide any supporting logs. There were no changes to my usage during this period. Despite repeatedly asking for proof, none was provided.
This experience raises concerns about bandwidth accuracy and transparency. There are many proxy providers available, so I strongly recommend choosing one that is honest and able to provide clear usage logs for verification.

Overall, the service is good and I’ve had a positive experience over the last 5 months. However, I faced an issue when all the IPs I was using got blocked, and they couldn’t provide new ones at that time. If they increase their IP pool, I’d definitely consider coming back.

Proxies that are not accessible
They sell "Proxy IP4" addresses that are only accessible from specialized programs, disguised as proxies.
You can test their functionality using checkers, and they show positive results, as their (checker) addresses are whitelisted. However, you can only use them with a very limited set of programs. Of course, this isn't stated anywhere, and such a conclusion can only be reached through experimentation.
For those in doubt, I tried connecting via curl on my local machine and also on AWS EC2.
The account information was correct. I followed the same path with proxies provided by another website – everything works perfectly. I'm not citing another source to avoid any impression of advertising.
On both devices, even TCP packets weren't able to reach the proxy, which means total blocking via whitelisting.
This is probably mentioned somewhere deep in the user agreement, but all pages on the website make a marketing promise that this is a personal proxy that will always be available.
Overall, this is a classic scam.

Not working
Purchased a Proxy which all of a sudden stopped working, support does not help and keeps asking the same questions to provide screenshots or use a different software (software being used to proxy worked fine 2 days ago and also works with other proxies, my setup did not change)
Support rejects replacement of the proxy even though thats what they offer.
They claim the proxy is working (not sure what they use for their internal tests), cool that its working for you but not for your paying customer.
Guess i will have to look for a new provider as this one seems very unreliable and once you have an issue they are also not willing to fix it for a paying customer.
The proxy worked for some time, then started slowing down to a point 2 days ago, since then i cant even load simple websites any longer.

They don't have original proxies They Have redirected proxies
1st I bought an IPv4 England proxy, but it had issues and was not showing the proper location. After several chats with the support team, they said that if I want a proper 100% accurate location proxy, then I should buy an ISP proxy. Then I changed the proxy and took an ISP proxy. For a few days it worked well, and then I renewed the same proxy for 3 months. After some days that proxy changed the location from England to Nigeria. At first I did not notice, but when some websites were not showing images and videos then I noticed and checked, and it showed my proxy location was Nigeria.
Then again I contacted the support team and they replaced more proxies, but all were the same. On FB, X, and Email it showed that my location was another country. When I checked on Whoer it showed the proxy IP was from a different country and the DNS server was from another country, and the IP score was not showing 100% and it also gave a DNS leak warning.
But the support team did not admit the issue and they insisted that they were right and all others were wrong. I even sent the ChatGPT answer as well, but they still said they were right and that ChatGPT gave me a wrong answer to a very simple question. So I had a very bad experience, so don’t trust them, they don’t have original proxies.

Service stopped working after 1 hour.
I just bought proxy services on this website for one week.
It worked at first, but, after approximately one hour, it stopped working.
I contacted their customer service:
They replied:
The automated system detected a server failure, and our specialists are already working on resolving it. We apologize and kindly ask you to wait for the issue to be resolved. We will notify you additionally once the server is restored.
I asked: how long would it take?
They didn’t give me any timelines when it could be restored.
This is unacceptable.
I gave them one hour to fix the problem.
The connection wasn’t fixed.
I had to make a refund request via my payment provider.
Better to avoid this website and their “services”.
