Unfortunately, my proxies expired, and I was unable to renew them in time due to the lack of internet access in a certain country. Two days after they expired, they disappeared from my profile. I wrote to support asking them to restore them, to which I received a reply saying that if they were available, they would restore them. I sent them a list of my IP addresses that I needed, to which I received a reply saying that I had to pay first. After paying, I received only some of my old IP addresses and the rest were new ones... In other words, to get an answer as to whether they could return my old IP addresses, I had to pay... Why couldn't they just say right away that it was impossible?
This is absurd.

The proxy connection finally stabilized after multiple DNS adjustments and worked well initially.

However, the main problem is a severe restriction: these proxies ban access to sensitive sites like payment platforms and crypto exchanges.

When I raised this, the company cited their right to restrict services per their offer.

This is unacceptable. While they can set rules, they must clearly and prominently disclose that their proxies will not work on all websites—especially critical financial sites—before the customer pays.

They give worst non workable proxies which are banned by most servers. And when asked why they dont work they ask to upgrade to costlier proxies. Why in the world do you guys offer those proxies if they dont work. And then keep you on waiting time for long
