Not Working
I bought 11 proxies from a seller, but all of them have a speed of only 200-300 kbps. When I requested a replacement, they rejected my request. I also tried to resolve the issue with the support team, but they were unsuccessful. The replacement they provided still had a speed of only 300 kbps. Overall, this has been a waste of money.

They are stealing your traffic and when you ask customer service they pretend stupid. they don't have crm or any kind of database to find you as a client to find your problems that are reported so every time you have to describe them even to the same agent.
I am just editing my review, because there's no option to reply to their reply.
There was a mistake in my traffic last or previous month, which you've resolved and admited the problem. Now I had exactly the same and noone wanted to help, as a matter of fact, 20-30 days ago you told me that you'll make a review and let me know, but that never happend.
When it comes to the "crm response": I have provided my email address every time on your customer support chat, which is required, since we're not able to chat with anyone if we don't.
So, this reply of your is also a lie and a fraud, because you want to look good for future clients who are reading this. DO NOT USE THEM! I am finding a new provider and as soon as I do, I will leave them and never go back.

On July 26, 2025, I sent 76.5 USDC (ERC-20, from 0x8dBbE318...2f6509468 to 0x7F2a517C...5568AD477) to Proxy-Seller.com for 50 proxies. The blockchain confirmed the transaction within seconds, and their account shows the amount as PAID. However, despite their response claiming the payment is "pending," no proxies were delivered, and no refund was issued. This misleading and unprofessional conduct leads me to believe I was scammed.
I caution others to avoid this service due to this fraudulent experience.

Extremely Disappointed and Let Down
I’ve been a customer for a while, but this past week has been a complete disaster. My proxies have been down for over 7 days, and I haven’t been able to use them for any of my work — which has caused serious disruptions.
I contacted support, was told to wait “just 1 day,” but it's been 2–3 days with zero updates and no resolution. The lack of communication and urgency is unacceptable for a paid service.
I expected much better reliability and customer care. I’m beyond frustrated, and unless this is resolved immediately with fair compensation, I’ll be looking for a more reliable provider.

Originally, the proxies were working, but then they stopped, and their "support" is just a waste of time with an AI parrot. You buy new proxies — they just take the money and nothing happens.
Update: I waited for half a day for the issue to be resolved and changed my review from "scam" back to 3/5. When it works, everything is fine, but the support is stressful and may feel like a scam.

Service quality has declined significantly over the past year
I have been using their services for over a year, including both IPv4 and ISP proxies. While things were fine initially, the quality has noticeably dropped this year. The IPs frequently die, and replacing them has become a risky and frustrating process for us. I’ve noticed that most of their proxies are no longer stable — frequent disconnections force us to constantly replace proxies, which affects our operations. The reliability just isn’t there anymore.
