Impeccable customer service
After purchasing my third necklace i had some issues with quality which was a surprise to me after having such a great experience with my first product. I emailed PRYA and was dubious if they would suggest the issue was caused by me but oh wow their customer service was impeccable! Within the hour of emailing them, even late in the evening, a few polite emails and they had sent me replacements with no quibble at all ! Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Sometimes products have issues but knowing how amazing they are when that happens I will 100% be using again and faith restored ! Well done PRYA !

I have been ordering Jewellery from PRYA for a couple of years now & have never been disappointed. I am one of those people that doesn’t take my jewellery off, I sleep, shower, do the housework all wearing my jewellery and it still looks as good as the day it arrived. I also have customised jewellery which I know takes a little longer to come down but I can assure you that it’s worth the wait. I am currently waiting for another customised order from them and they keep me in the loop every time, letting me know each step that’s taking place to make my order perfect. The team are small but so helpful and have the best customer support I have spoken to in a while. If you’re looking for jewellery that doesn’t break the bank, whilst still being high quality then PRYA is the way forward!

This brand… wow! I purchased a personalised ankle bracelet in silver. After having a lot of issues with ankle bracelets from other brands snapping, my expectations were low, however this brand massively exceeded them! The bracelet is a beautiful design exactly as shown online, the metal is super shiny and responds well to polishing and most of all it’s extremely sturdy, none of the connecting hoops have stretched or broken and I’ve worn it in all climates since the day I bought it several months ago. Could not recommend enough. Even the process is updated in steps online. Will absolutely purchase again!!!!!!!

1 star for lovely jewellry ..but honestly the hoop type are so small the actuall diameter that they squosh my ears..its like they made for little kids ears its ridiculous they are not cheap but so small im surprised they fit anyone..also no gift bag you have to pay..i think the jewllry is very pretty but no excuse for the sizing etc

From your comments, it sounds like you may have purchased one of our huggie-style earrings. These are intentionally designed to be smaller in diameter so they can “hug” the earlobe closely – which is where the name comes from. We do list the exact sizing in the product specifications, though we completely appreciate that everyone’s ears and piercing placements are unique, which can mean the fit feels different from person to person.
Please rest assured these pieces are crafted to a standardised size for huggies and are not faulty, though we understand they may not be the right fit for you.
In terms of packaging, we do offer gift bags as an optional extra, which allows our customers to choose whether or not they’d like to add them.

I have purchase a variety of products…
I have purchase a variety of products from prya, unfortunately three out of the 4 items have all tarnished after three months and are also very itchy at times. The chains have gone silver/metallic and the initial that came with a necklace had turned brassy. I have used other companies who offer gold plated jewellery and they have preserved perfectly after 3+ years. I won’t be using Prya again. Posting here as the website reviews appear to show an unfair representation

TARNISHES!!!!
I ordered a custom name necklace about a year ago and it tarnished, changed colour and turned my neck green. So disappointed the material underneath looks like silvery pink so god knows what it is but it went rusty and I had high hopes from this brand.

Best customer service I have ever…
Best customer service I have ever received. I purchased an initial necklace for my daughter and it is gorgeous. We had a small issue after about 6 months. I emailed the team along with a photo and they replied straight away and sent me out a replacement in less than an hour. I will definitely be buying from PRYA again 😊thanks again team.
