They were the only agency I was looking to work with, that did very in depth checks and interviews and so, I really wanted to work with them. I saw that they care most about the children’s safety and well-being, which is also my priority.

Applied for job as SEN TA with parker smith inclusion, was told of dates to check 3 schools, I called at beginning of June, was then told by holly Lucas, phone a few weeks after half term, I called back, sent emails, if a job was really there, of course there would have been dates available to check the schools, it seems she is very lackadaisical.

Parker Smith inclusion is the first agency I've personally worked with. Caitlin went above and beyond for me. She has been very responsive and instrumental in finding me suitable jobs, setting up interviews and providing me with the support needed on how to approach and feel prepared for the interviews. She lined up jobs for me very quickly, not just any jobs, jobs that clearly reflected my personal expierience, abilities and where best i could bring more of myself forward, taking into consideration everything we spoke about during my interview. Genuingly lovely, with a natural rapport with people and good at what she does. It was evident that caitlin had established very good relationships with the schools she was working with and was knowledgeable and the right person to be supporting this process. I think this is a healthy partnership and very reliable way of sourcing and supporting the right people.

I'm very new to the working world and my first process of finding a working role couldn't have been more smoother thanks to parker smith inclusion. Each time I speak with staff on the phone, they are incredibly friendly and I feel a sense that the agency does work for my best interest and interests of the institution they matched me with. PSInclusion is an amazing company. They helped me so much in gaining my new role as an LSA. I was given an opportunity to get a job interview within a week and was offered a role. They were very supportive and informative. I was even encouraged during the day of my interview by a phone call to wish me well.
