Still waiting on a reply after several emails sent to Contact Us. Trying to meet a deadline and unable to download the 9 step puzzle chart after payment.

It was exactly what I was looking for. It was "clean" and eye-catching.

Great site with a variety of slide templates. Easy and accessible

Pslides.com has a great colorful supply of templates, a variety of formats and a user friendly design that makes of searching their site a breeze!

It was an easy choice to spend the money rather than build these myself which has saved many hours over the last few years. I have updated my review because although I had an issue, the CEO reached out personally to make it right!

Simple, easy and resourceful

Pslides offers the best slides to create a professional presentation. The slides are easily editable and I love that they show different ways that you can use the same slide. Highly recommend Pslides!

easy, great slide templates - loving it - makes me look like i know what im doing

The styles available are basic and do not provide enough variety in style. Also, the downloads are PowerPoint only and there are no options for easily accessing/integrating them via other common platforms like Google Slides.

I purchased a lifetime subscription several years ago and am no longer able to download templates. I've reached out to PSlides on three separate occasions for support help, all to no avail. Safe yourself the money and use a different company.

Update to initial review upping from 1 to 2 stars.
Warning: Purchase a subscription only if you are willing to deal with having to work for weeks on end to get an issue solved that limits your ability to use the service. I’d recommend only buying single templates at a time to save yourself from dealing with their utter lack of communication.

It took a couple of months to get this issue resolved. PSLIDES deactivated their lifetime memberships and didn’t inform any of the users. They do not provide an email address to contact them. You must complete a ‘contact us’ form on line. It took weeks to get an initial response which did not reactivate the paid lifetime membership. Then it took another two weeks and multiple contact us forms and replies to the initial email to get them to again look at the issue and resolve the issue.
I think I can see why they did what they did especially if they are trying to stay afloat. If they’d contacted users instead of just terminating their lifetime subscriptions with a new service or a deal on exclusive content as an effort to increase cash flow I’d probably have taken the bait. But to just terminate subscriptions and make people work and beg for something they paid for is just not cool. To compound it by not responding to requests for help only made things worse. PSLIDES you need to do better. You can retain and grow customers if you’d just communicate with us.

Pslides has great content, but would I purchase a lifetime subscription again? No. Would I recommend PSLIDES to peers? Not any more. I hope they continue the services I wish them well.

Initial 1 Star review- PSLIDES is a scam. I have purchased a lifetime subscription and now I cannot download any slides. I have contacted them many times on their site and no one has contacted me back.

I will for ever ensure that no one else falls for this scam.

There is no way to call or email them directly. I am so disappointed and they should be shut down.

EDIT: I'm changing my appreciation because the issue is resolved. Here is a recall of the situation: I subscribed to a Lifetime Plan, one year ago. It was discontinued without warning. Despite several attempts to reach the company through their Website, I was never answered. That's why I made a bad review here. Then, Pslides promptly communicated with me. They solved the problem to my entire satisfaction. Maybe there is something to improve with their customer service to become a 5 stars company, but their Powerpoint templates are great and give a professional touch to any presentation.

Glad to report that following my post on this site, I was promptly contacted by the company and the issue resolved. To recap, I signed up for a lifetime subscription to PSlides which was discontinued without warning. I have reached out to the company several times through their website with no response forthcoming from the company.

Access is now restored and I can continue enjoying the material which greatly enhances my presentations!

Your templates are great!
The only thing I don't like is that it is very difficult to find the template I need. In my opinion you should improve the searching engine in your website to facilitate the searching of a specific template. Maybe you could include more keywords for every existing template.
If it wasn't for that I would have rated to 5 stars. Your templates are really useful and my pptx have improved a lot since I discovered your site.
