I went to a store to buy a PS3 and they had 0. How can they have so many PS3 selling online but they have 0 in the store? Costed me trip money for nothing.
UPDATE - They told me to contact them online and did not get any answer. This store is absolutely dog 💩 and full of 🤡

Clear website, lots of articles available. Good collaboration between CEX-stores in the country. Nice people working inside of CEX-stores. They send a product fast, well packaged and with CTT. Great experience buying at CEX
Bad returns policy and knowledge of products
I explained to the store manager in Olhao I needed a tablet for sailing navigation, must have GPS, and latest OP. He advised the Xiaomi pad 6 for €310.00. I spent an hour setting it up, only to find it had no GPS. I returned the next day and explained the problem to another member of staff, he said an Apple iPad was what I should have. I insisted it must have GPS, and the assistant assured me it had, this cost €290.00, but they would only give me a shop credit for the €20.00 no cash, even though the other tablet was not fit for purpose! This is of no use, to me as I don´t live in Portugal. I then spent another hour setting the iPad up only to find this also had no GPS. Bad returns policy and knowledge of products.

I did not find button "reply" on message from shop, so sharing details as "editing" initial review
good shop - I like it because I can buy good things with chip price, and with good warranty, this is mostly unique in PT, I protected from liars from olx.pt, I can come try, check and buy, that I very like, so "good shop"
bad online support - unfortunately all your branches are independent, and I cannot contact each branch by phone, because there is not phone contact on contact page, so if my location in Porto, and interesting position in Lisboa, there no way to call/ask for some details, only way is to send email with my question, my example is: item I need, you have in many branches, and I interesting in specific configuration, that easy to check just by look at item and answer by phone, but answer I got over email is "we cannot get information from branches", details shop can check in ticketid: 87026, you can say whatever you can here, but in fact you didn`t provided simple help for client just by getting information from your branches, so I can agree on rules like "no phone for clients", "no details in items", but company specialist cannot can to branch ... - "bad online support".
bad return policy - I bought something with price 1000EUR, lets say tablet, came to home happy, tried to use it and found that it does not work, that wasn't catch in shop, lets say rebooting each 1 hour, that is issue, so I comeback to shop and want to return item, and since I cannot buy in another branch, I want to take money and buy tablet in another shop, but I cannot take money back even in the same day (day I bought = day I return), you take tablet and give voucher... so this eliminate my tries to buy many things in this shop,,, in fact - bad return policy, if you have policy to test 2 days and give back MONEY! instead of voucher, then it will be ideal, but for now bad
