Publer has been really easy to use compared to other schedulers I’ve tried. The interface is clean, scheduling is quick, and managing multiple Instagram accounts in one place saves a lot of time. Solid tool overall.

Publer is a great and clear tool for scheduling social media posts. Everything is easy to understand, and the CSV bulk upload is a big advantage and works really well.

They are constantly growing. I only go once or twice on the platform to set up all posts but everytime I do they havve some new features. Very complex platform..

Free version of publer is really usable as a free software and they don't hide the basics behind a paywall.

Our collective from Leipzig was excited to try Publer for our social media management. However, our experience with the free version was extremely disappointing.

The critical flaw is that the free plan does not provide access to a media library or allow image uploads. This means that even when you connect an Instagram account, you cannot schedule or upload any pictures or media at all. For a platform like Instagram, which is fundamentally visual, this renders the service completely unusable in its free tier.

It's a real shame, as the core functionality is blocked. It's clear this is a deliberate "paywall" strategy to force an upgrade. Unfortunately, this makes the free version pointless for most social media managers and bloggers, and it's not a model we can support.

I use Publer regularly to plan and publish social media content, especially for LinkedIn. The interface is clear, well structured, and free of unnecessary gimmicks. That’s exactly what I value.

Posts can be prepared cleanly, scheduled reliably, and managed across multiple channels. I find the preview features particularly helpful, as well as the ability to organize content in a structured way without constantly switching between platforms.

Even with more complex posts that include images or longer texts, the tool remains stable and easy to handle. Publer feels well thought-out, practical, and clearly designed for real users rather than marketing promises.

For anyone who wants to manage social media professionally, efficiently, and without detours, Publer is a very solid tool.

When something does not work as expected, it’s usually related to platform changes (like Instagram or Facebook updates), not Publer itself.

It hads all the features i wanted, specially Bulk upload. The price is unbeatable with most software out there. They are constantly pushing new features and are already packed with some!

I use it to post out for months, where some platforms will not enable that. In that regard, I think it's nice that the tools and capabilities are available at that price, and you can adjust the price up or down easily depending on your needs.

My main complaint is I prefer billing to be more spelled out, but you can still find it, it just takes some clicks. This is the only reason I give it a four and not a five-star.

I recently switched from Buffer to Publer after many years of relying on API-based posting, and the experience has been excellent. The API is easily the best part — clear, reliable, well-documented, and very straightforward to integrate into a custom automated workflow. Everything behaves exactly as expected, which isn’t something you can say about many social posting platforms.

The posting limits on Publer are also far more flexible than what I was used to, which means my automated systems run without the restrictions or bottlenecks I previously had to work around.

Migration was simple, the platform is stable, and support has been responsive and helpful. Publer feels modern, well-designed, and genuinely built with developers and businesses in mind.

I’ve now moved all my automated posting over and I’m extremely happy with the switch. Highly recommended.

Publer Saves Me a Lot of Time. I spend hours days making sure I post on each platform, but with Publer and their user friendly interface, this process is less time consuming and stressful

I like the visual design of the platform. it is easy to use and the ai writing support is very helpful too.
