The customer service is magnificent--and backs up a fabulous product!

I have only ever had magnificent customer service from Publicate, to the point that one of the team actually made me a how-to video when I couldn't figure out a technical feature. They make it so easy to use Publicate that I am really thrilled with the experience.

It made my work easier. because the newsletter template aligned everything properly and I was able to publish exactly what I created

Created my first internal newsletter easily. So easy to use after watching the short demo. The result was a professional newsletter. What I liked is that you can then share it via different channels.

I signed up for the two-week trial period and had a bunch of questions which Publicate always answered thoroughly and really quickly. I needed to get a newsletter out and they were really patient in answering all my questions. And they did it quickly enough that I got the newsletter out without delay. And it has been very well received. I cannot recommend Publicate highly enough!

Publicate has helped me to easily create, send and analyse the regular internal comms emails I send to our company's stakeholders. Publicate make writing and disseminating newsletters so easy! I am able to write professional and beautiful Newsletters in a matter of minutes and that's been really helpful during the pandemic when keeping in touch was essential. With the outlook link I can have them speeding on their way to my clients at the touch of a button. Absolutely brilliant :-)

Until I started using Publicate, I always avoided newsletters. Now it's simple. I just collect articles in Pocket and Feedly, save them in Publicate folders, and I'm ready to go with themed newsletters in minutes. And the editor is great.... drag 'n drop and automatic styling. I export to Mailchimp and I'm ready to go! Thanks to the Publicate team!

I work for a large company and our team has used Publicate.it to create html quickly for mail outs. It has been fantastic, especially the ability to create branding for the entire team to use. Tool for creating newsletters. I didn't think it was so easy to send just copy and paste the newsletter code or use the integration of Hotmail and Gmail. Very easy to use the images or content and just drag and drop in the editor, so easy to import and edit the content, it is very good that we can add iterative images now too and that our saved styles appear when editing the newsletter. Support for the support team too, super available and friendly people.

As a volunteer for a non-profit, I needed a quick and cost effective way to promote an upcoming virtual event. After looking at a number of options, we decided to use Publicate as one tool in our marketing arsenal for a few reasons: month-to-month subscription (following our event we wouldn't need this tool until next year), easy user interface, quick activation of the product and integration with Office 365 / Outlook. I was able to quickly create HTML emails and send them out instantly from my Outlook account. Plus, Pulicate offered me the option to copy my existing HTML emails and tweek them slightly to appeal to different targets. I HIGHLY recommend Publicate and will use them again when we have another need!

I own a med sized company and needed a place to create a professional type newsletter. I came across this site and paid my fee. I needed help at first and the administrators were very helpful. My newsletter works very well and looks professional. I love that I can track who opens it, click on it and when they do it.
