Amazing online software, very easy to use, good customer service and the overall result of newsletter is satisfactory.

I would only recommend three things:

Adding an easier mechanism to dispatch newsletters through the software itself, specially for big number of subscribers.

A feature where one can create tables and charts on Publicate.

And finally being able to send personalized emails by adding the name of the subscriber into the email body.

It’s been over 6 month my team and I use Publicate and we couldn't be happier . Onboarding was super easy thanks to the live demo we got at the start and the intuitive interface. Saving templates and styles in the brand kit is brilliant: now it takes literally 15 min or less for our communication team to create efficient and beautiful newsletters. Love the drag and drop to content blocs you choose, people with 0 experience in design got it straight away. The team workspace works great and allow us to move faster with our projects, a really a nice tool and a great support team totally recommend it.

Super newsletter builder tool. Couldn’t believe sending was so easy just copy-pasting the Newsletter code or using the Gmail integration. What I like most is the drag and drop on the editor, so easy to import and edit content, it’s really nice that we can add GIF’s now too and that our saved styles come up when editing the newsletter. Also really interesting to look at the analytics too like I didn’t realize most of our readers used mobile devices or that they enjoy sharing on twitter so much. Readers engagement is something we worked on for a while and with Publicate it got so much better. Props to the support team also, super available and nice people.

I came across Publicate platform whilst trying to find a way of creating and sending Newsletter in Gmail. I have very little design skills and am not proficient in code whatsoever. This platform has really helped me to produce newsletters that look professional. The Gmail integration is fantastic and this has helped us engage our teams with more diverse and engaging internal comms.

I recently find out about Publicate while designing a new newsletter for my company on my own and after deciding to have a look at any tool available on the web.
So far Publicate is exactly what I was looking for.
Online HTML newsletter that you can build from scratch or using one of the numerous templates provided that you can adjust to your needs.
Drag and drop, responsive templates, you can move/remove all sections, add/remove/adjust blocks, lines according to your will. Personal workspace and team workspace, you can also create folders to organise and save your work.
I love the tools like brand kit and even more the analytics.
And I could add so much more : tags, images, video, links, social links ...

The email newsletter template is really helpful!

Since Publicate has a team plan, I was able to train my colleagues to build beautiful newsletters, which helped lighten my heavy workload as the only graphic designer in the company.
 I set our brand styles in the brand kit to make sure we have consistency throughout our newsletters.
Their library has a lot of ready to use templates for different situations and also special thanks for the royalty-free image stock.

I love Publicate. It's very easy to use, looks great and has proven to engage our customers like never before. Really appreciate the analytics section which gives you a good idea of how well you're doing.
If you need some inspiration, their newsletters templates are beautiful, plus they offer free images, gifs, backgrounds so you can get started pretty fast. A lot of helpful features too like social follow and social share to boost your other social media channels and the ability to save your own template designed with your own brand colors to re-use it later.
Very nice people too, good call having the in app chat available from where you create your content so it's easy to get advice.

I've used Publicate to create a monthly newsletter for some time. It saves me hours by automatically grabbing text and images from the articles I'm linking to. Their customer support (live chat) is always there when I need a hand and their Outlook add-in means I'm finally able to send responsive emails from Outlook. Brilliant.

An essential tool in my email marketing toolbelt! I'm a huge fan of both the tool and the team on the chat. By far my favourite email builder.
