First Purchase Didn’t End Up Well
I waited a week or two longer than it said it would be. No problem, but I also got the wrong downstem!!! I ordered the matrix but got the 4-part tree one. Also, the downstems were measured for the whole length, not from the base of the frosted part, which I thought was BS.

absolutely trash company with trash customer service.
I ordered 3 14mm dab straw kits and received one totally different kit. I emailed with pictures to let them know what I got was the wrong thing and they completely blew me off, basically was like " here's the tracking link, have a good one". ive email 5 times telling them it wasn't what I ordered and would either like a refund or send me what I actually paid for and they have ignored me since.
this is a company that scams people clearly as most the reviews are terrible.

I ordered a pipe and it never arrived. I have contacted the company 6 times and they have never got back to me after weeks and don't list any phone number. I will report them as a scam company to the commerce commission and my bank and have the bank reverse my transaction. What a hassle.

Absolutely rubbish!!! Do not use ❌❌❌. This is not a New Zealand company as is advertised it is from China, takes ages to arrive and lead to believe it's from NZ - really pissed off, I get sick of this online scam BS. Will never use again. Still waiting for product by the way, no suprise there!

Still have not received the item, the tracking is useless and your company responds to my requests by providing a tracking link that has no information. Will never purchase from Puffing Bird again and can not recommend your company.

slow shipping but trustworthy
took about a week and a half to get my tracking info
but once I got it it was accurate, even if the delivery took 19 days instead of 7-12.
This stuff comes from china, but it does come.

Lied to....
Lied about my items shipping after half my order was outta stock. When I asked again for the status of my order after 2wks my order still hadn't shipped and was cancelled instead of an update. Absolutely the worst service ever. Do not recommend!
