This is a trash company
This is a trash company, with absolute trash customer service. They don't give a damn once they get your money. Sent me a broken recycler, after taking a month to be delivered. This joke "Starlit" mf that replies to emails drinks out of the toilet. Horrible, trash ass company. Garbage, novelty pieces at best. Run fast away from Puffing Bird.... They will fck you with absolutely no lube

Bought from a Canadian company and…
Bought from a Canadian company and receiving items shipped outside the country, requiring intervention from Canada border services and customs. Stuck with customs for 3 solid days as a result. Never thought I'd have a package inspected for customs that I bought and paid for in Canada. Support has been unhelpful and does not reply to concerns via email. Would rate lower I'd possible. Avoid at all costs.. quality of materials cannot be confirmed if country of origin is not listed.

This company has terrible customer service. I ordered AND re-ordered my products over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped yet. I paid and am still waiting. I ordered a product 3 weeks in advance hoping to have it for Halloween. Nope, I get horrible response times and poor answers. after 2 weeks finally get a tracking code and It still hasn't left the initial factory.

Did an order via there nz site for $99.90, after nearly two weeks i asked for an update on my order, the next day I got an email saying my order had been cancelled and my payment voided which was unusual choice of words in my belief so I asked what card had my refund been sent to. And no reply at all or sign of my refund. I've now since sent two more emails with no reply. Guess that's my money gone.
