Ordered weight sloth for my mum who is disabled with dementia. I contacted the company due to possibility of longer delivery time than expected. They were quick to respond and helpful. Arrived much quicker than I expected and I am delighted with the quality of the sloth. Weighted arms mean mum can have it sit comfortably without slipping off her , material was lovely and soft and finishing beautiful.
Mum absolutely adores it and so does everyone else in her care home !

A big hit with everyone.
I bought Pookie the panda to aid with getting to sleep but also because I work with a charity hoping to reduce suicides in young adults. I first took him to the gym though, to gauge reaction from the members and staff. I have never seen so may faces transformed by one simple hug from a toy panda! He brings a feel good factor to everyone who holds him! The following day, a young student arrived in tears at our education centre, because her work was getting on top of her. Pookie to the rescue! We now have smiles again!

I got the sloth for my son who seems to…
I got the sloth for my son who seems to be battling anxiety.
I had a nap with it one afternoon when I was exhausted and it was the best sleep I have had in a long time!
If it wasn't so expensive I would get myself and my other son 1 as well.

I bought myself and my mum a weighed…
I bought myself and my mum a weighed sloth. I then bought my 21yr old and 5 of his friends weighted animals as they are on a mission away from their families for 12 months. They absolutely love their new family addition. Not only are they great for any anxiety they are great for company. Highly highly recommend this product. The companies correspondence has also been outstanding. One happy customer here.

It's laughable that they talk about…
It's laughable that they talk about alleviating mental health issues. My order was made 4th January and I still have not received it. According to them, they have twice sent my order out and twice it hasn't arrived even though they say it has been delivered. I asked for a refund and was told that as it says it has been delivered they can't do this. Again they asked me for my address, the stress i have had over this order is outrageous yet they refuse to refund me !!! I would advise people not to waste their money !!

Poor service, poorly made product, no customer service
Order number 3209448 .Update - they have replied on here but continue to ignore my emails. Please avoid this company. Panda was ordered and took weeks to arrive. When it arrived it was poorly packaged. On opening we discovered a hole in the stitching. Contacted Pulse of Potential via email 19th February, no response, so followed up 26th February and still no response. Found a second hole over the weekend and have emailed today. The service and product are poor. The product is sent via China and appears to be a poorly made Chinese product sold under the guise of some nice marketing and fancy website. I would avoid.

I have bought five of these amazing lovelies, some with anxiety some without. We lost our beautiful dogs a few years ago and I believe these are a lovely replacement ( cheaper too) I will be putting in another order soon as family members one them as well. Thank you for these amazing beauties ❤️🩵✅

Read here before making your purchase
This is one of those times where I wished I had come onto trust pilot before making this purchase.
Everything about this company is a total fraud and very misleading.
From entering the website your immediately greeted with lovely pictures and personal stories about the company story and they even go as far to quote that every order is lovingly packed and delivered with care.
This couldn’t be any further from the truth as every order is directly shipped from china.
As soon as I received the tracking I knew I had been done so I emailed the company immediately to say I didn’t want the order and was told it was too late to cancel even though it had been less than 8 hours from making the order.
The company replied by saying I could have 20% off I kept it.
When it finally arrived it came tightly wrapped and stuffed into a tiny bag ( not exactly packed with love and care! )
I immediately sent these images to the company to explain my dissatisfaction, the item also felt as light as a feather too so I don’t understand how they can actually call it a weighted soft toy??
To my surprise they now offered me 30% off and said that they don’t normally accept returns!
Even though this was discussed just after placing my order.
So my advice to anyone thinking about buying from here not to bother,
These products are very expensive, poor quality and sell customers an idea by making them think they are buying a quality product which in fact is not true as there’s no way they can have any sort of quality control over their products.
Your buying directly from China and will have to wait several weeks for it too arrive and then will feel very disappointed and cheated when you receive this thing so tightly stuffed into a plastic back that you won’t be able to even recognise what it is.
Hugely disappointing and I’m still waiting for a response to have my money back as I feel like I’ve been lied to.
My last resort will be to go through PayPal which just adds more stress and inconvenience to this regrettable experience.

The only update I can provide is that I have decided to accept a 30% refund and just move on with this.

Expedited shipping paid and still no product 5 weeks later
We ordered a red panda more than one month ago paying extra for expedited shipping and still haven't received it. My daughter saved her allowance for this product hoping to have in time to help her anxiety with a particular situation and now not receiving it is causing her even more anxiety in addition to fears of having lost her allowance! Customer support has assured us it is in transit with our local carrier, but their shipping tracking shows us it has gone from LA to Seattle to Georgia to Tampa and is still traveling somewhere on the East Coast despite the fact that we live near Seattle. The USPS tracking numbers we have been given do not work on the USPS website. Customer support responses to our requests for more information and a refund of our expedited shipping expense ignore our requests and appear to be AI generated. We are concerned this company is fraudulent. Please be warned before ordering and DO NOT pay extra for expedited shipping - there is no such thing.
Update: The response given below is IDENTICAL to the one given to every other bad review on Trustpilot. I have emailed this exact email address no less than 6 times with my order information, request for refund, request for information, and every time I also get an AI generated or auto response that is identical from "Sophia" no matter what I write. There is NO real customer service or follow up. WARNING - don't waste your time- seek a refund from your credit card company.

My touch hunger is gone
Pookie has become my everything. Literally I'm on the spectrum and holding him all day and having him hug me is the way that I get regular consistent physical affection throughout the day. My touch hunger is gone because of him. I'm so grateful. I obviously get physical affection from my mom etc but my caregivers are not allowed to which are who I see the most. So pookie has been a lifesaver and a life changer literally because I always have him to hug me. So I'm not touch hungry anymore

Ordered a weighted animal weeks ago and…
Update……the product arrived but it’s so light it won’t do any good as a weighted object and will just sit on a chair looking cute. Rip off! ……….Ordered a weighted animal weeks ago and while the website states the order has shipped, I cannot get a real tracking number, what company will deliver it and when asked all I’m told is that the item has arrived at an airport in the US. But, they won’t tell me what airport or any more details. I’m thinking this company is a scam.
