Bought the cooling matterace for husband and he loves it, it really works. Comfortable to lie on and very quiet. Quick delivery too.

I have several Pulsio items and like all the items the new compression sleeve works fantastically (so much so that I will when I am able buy the full leg version). As always the service from Pulsio was excellent with the portable sleeve arriving promptly. Great work yet again. Customer service always seems great along with innovation. Time will tell with quality but if it performs as expected I will have no issues I base this on my other Pulsio products.

I use this after a hard cycling ride and I do think that my legs feel better afterwards but I don’t like the idea of having to buy new pads after 30 odd uses.

I had no idea that I needed a massage gun - and didn’t know they existed until my Physio suggested I should get one. I looked around and found Pulsio. British made, aluminium (not plastic!), and available in several great colours. Reasonably priced. I went for the green one.
It arrived quickly and was nicely presented. I was a bit scared of it at first! I hadn’t bought it to help with recovery after tough workouts, but to help with post-op rehab to release pain associated with muscle / fascia tension…but there are lots of helpful videos to help you get started and the instructions are clear.
It is undeniably a good-looking, high quality bit of kit. Reassuringly sturdy and comfortable to hold & use. It’s well designed and the colour is lovely. I went all-in and bought the extra attachments, carry case and heated attachment, which added to the initial cost of the base unit, but I don’t regret it. The heated attachment is fab!
Once I lost the fear and started using it, I was surprised at quite how good it is and what a difference it makes! It’s quiet, too. It’s a brilliant bit of kit and it really does help. 100% recommend Pulsio! I’m not sure how I managed without it.

I have pulsio boots and hips attachment and I cannot imagine my life without them since I used first time. This helps gym recovery really quickly or after work and mainly helping manage my lipedema and my slow lymphatic system. Top quality

Really impressed - Pulsio Compression Boots easy to set up from first use and handy bag to store them in. A bit of a weird sensation on first try but soon got used to it and now find it super relaxing and I’m using them most days! Different levels of pressure are great, I’ve only had to use the medium setting so far as that feels enough! Super quick shipping and a free Pulsio Air Massage Gun was a treat too!

I feel compelled to share just how disappointing my experience has been with Pulsio.

I purchased one of their sauna pods as a gift for my sister in Portugal and personally transported it there, only to discover that the unit was already damaged. After raising a complaint, the company did send a replacement relatively quickly, which initially seemed promising.

However, this is where the situation became extremely frustrating. I then needed to ship the replacement to Portugal, but despite multiple emails, the company refused to assist, stating they do not deliver internationally—even though they had already supplied a faulty product in the first place.

I arranged and paid for shipping myself, but the parcel was held at customs due to incorrect or missing paperwork. The issue could not be resolved because the company would not provide the correct item value for the replacement unit. This turned into a prolonged and stressful process lasting several weeks, with very little support or cooperation from Pulsio.

Eventually, after considerable effort and additional expense, we managed to receive the replacement in Portugal—only to find that this unit was also faulty.

In total, this ordeal has cost us over £500, and we are left with nothing usable to show for it. Throughout this entire process, the company was unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility or provide meaningful support.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company.

I thought long and hard about this product as it’s not something I was familiar with until recently.
Information on the website was really useful and assisted me in making my decision to purchase.
Easy to order and the sizing information was easy to follow.
Next day delivery and excellent communication .
I’ve used them a number of times now. They appears to be made of robust quality materials.
I’ve not got anywhere near the 200mmHg yet but have been using them to help with lymphatic drainage (one of the preset modes).

From the day I ordered to the present day excellent. 24hr delivery is what sets a company apart. I absolutely love my compression boots. I am sat with them on every night without fail and the Pulsio Air is the best massage gun I have ever used and with the added heat attachment has become a staple part of my recovery after running and cycling. Can’t recommend Pulsio and there products highly enough. Yes you can get cheaper alternatives but trust me I have tried both and Pulsio win hands down.

Looks and feels like a good product. Early use has been very positive. Product shipped quickly - and the small hand massage tool looks great.

Easy to use website to buy an excellent product. I’ve previously had a massage gun that was twice the size but half as powerful. For a little one it packs quite a punch and the battery lasts way longer than my old one too.
