I have owned three devices and they worked perfectly.After four months the first one stopped heating the cigarettes. I bought new one. The same history with it...

My device working

My device working great, but I can't find cigarettes Bold magenta nowhere in Sofia, in every shop they doesn't have Bold magenta. This is not good, please take care for that.

I own 5 devices

I own 5 devices, and most of them work well despite not requiring frequent cleaning. However, I often struggle to locate specific sticks, which prevents me from using any of the devices. This has forced me to rely on competitors' products. Unfortunately, the company's support team has been unable to resolve this issue, which is why I am giving this rating.

I like the device and the way it works

I like the device and the way it works. My only problem is that there are not too many shops selling sticks and I have to plan and always have it on stock at home.
