A fascist, irresponsible attitude toward the client, that is, what they declare in their advertising campaigns on the Internet and TV is practically not fulfilled.

Terrible service.
They will not let you to close bank account

PUMB unilaterally terminated my account, claiming vague "suspicious activity" without providing any legal justification. I submitted a notarized inheritance certificate as proof of the origin of funds, yet the bank dismissed it and demanded unrelated forms instead.

Despite submitting a written request with valid bank details to transfer my remaining balance, they refused to complete the process unless I appeared in person — which is impossible in my case. Meanwhile, my funds remain blocked, and I have no access to my own money.

I've filed an official complaint with the National Bank of Ukraine.
This experience is deeply frustrating and emotionally draining.

I strongly urge others:
do not stay silent — protect your rights. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated from a financial institution.

Becarefull with this bank I did transfer by mistake to wrong phone number money went to some blocked account bank contact person, person agree isn't his money, answer of bank was that yes person agree isn't his money but this account is blocked and till now bank stay with my money. Told to person to pick up money in hand for return to me, as iam not in ukraine person no can give to me in hand. Money can go by transfer but cn't go be return it in same way. Person no took this money becouse isn't his money and money was take it by bank.
