I have ordered so many earrings from this company and have always loved every single one.
My recent order I had one issue with the siren collection where a pair of earrings was bent on arrival and broke very easily as I picked it up, it was the pair I was most looking forward to wearing.
After contacting them and sending a photo of what I meant, they promptly sent me another pair without any hassle or having to jump through hoops for a replacement; I can't fault their service at all.

I had an issue with my order and contacted PUNKYOUTH's customer support. They responded quickly, were friendly and professional, and resolved everything without any hassle.

It's refreshing to see a company that genuinely stands behind its products and cares about customer satisfaction. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and exceeded my expectations.

This is a review for my second order. Experience from the first order I had tracking issues day one. Same for this order it happens time to time but again this is my second order. Overall experience was poor you can get a response on small issues but bigger issues it’ll take a week. Trying to fix an issue has taken over a week with one email a day there’s no sense of urgency. I’m overall done with the matter issues resolved or not.

Very Nice customer Support. Delivery and Product was great. I had problems with the size and wanted to return. The customer service was very nice and uncomplicated, new shipment was made immediately. I would order again.

I ordered a pair of sterling silver earrings and sadly some of the rhodium plating rubbed off. I reached out to punkyouth and they got back to be VERY quickly apologizing for the inconvenience and helped me understand that they aren’t suppose to get wet or have any chemicals or lotions on them. They also sent out a free pair to replace them immediately which was incredibly kind of them! So I will be making sure I take the best care of them I can. I will be purchasing from them again! Their customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced! I had a problem with my order and they replied quickly and were very helpful! The jewelry is high quality and packaged very well!

I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size tunnels, when I messaged them they responded quickly and efficiently saying they would replace the size on both tunnels for free, it was a great experience, definitely will order from them again!

i have a minimal issue and they solve it instantly. they are great really.

I ordered a variety of earrings and two septum clickers. But I wasn't completely aware how heavy the earrings would be! Customer service was very fast and friendly and gave me a refund for the items I wanted to return.

The septum clicker I ordered was too small for my piercing but I was able to exchange it for a different product free of charge without having to send the clicker back. The customer service was great and they got back to me very quickly.

There was an inconvenience with my order caused by DHL.
Costumer service responded literally 5 minutes after I send an email.
The service was very fast and good.
Solution was found very quickly with no problems whatsoever.

So this is basically a dropshipping company. The products came from some warehouse from Estonia in black bag with no information from the sender Punkyouth, just YANWEN. The jewellery was poor quality (clasps didn't hold, the gold colour was off) and I had to open a dispute in Klarna for refund. They basically tried to pressure me to close the dispute before "they could proceed with the refund". They weren't willing to continue the refund before I close the dispute (what I wouldn't do), so I had to contact directly to Klarna for the problems. Punkyouth sent me many e-mails trying to convince me to close the dispute "We simply don't want too many disputes on our accounts, as this is detrimental to our business." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After Klarna came in and helped they gave me a full refund and didn't want the jewellery back, so this confirmes my suspiscion that the jewellery can't be good quality/worth the price (almost 60€). Don't waste your money in this.
