Sam is a lovely and helpful person — nothing is ever too much trouble. I’ve had branded items from her, and the quality of her dog accessories and pet blankets is second to none. She also provides amazing treats and natural flea and worming products for pets. Everything is always high quality and you can tell she really cares about the animals she helps. I would highly recommend her.

I bought a couple of harnesses, which I love, they’re such good quality, and the bold colours really pop on my black dog (she has lots of harnesses from lots of different brands). But the multi-use rope leads from Pup Chic are the ONLY leads I use, other ones just sit in a drawer now. I have 8 of the multi-use leads, and a 9th one has been pre-ordered. I love going for a walk and having a hand for my coffee, and a free hand.
