Extremely disappointed

Ordered a bed from their UK company back in 2021 and it's great. We then relocated to Australia, ordered another one in a different size in 2022, and after just a couple of washes the cover began falling apart.

Tried to order a replacement cover a few months back and found the site was "temporarily" down for rebranding or such. Waited and tried again today to find that the business still isn't running. Emailed the address on the website, only to get the following auto reply:

'This email address is no longer monitored as Pupnaps is currently inactive. We are not taking new orders or enquiries for our products and services. Thank you for your past interest in us and the products we offered, it is greatly appreciated.'

Thanks a lot Pupnaps. I've spent A$209 on a bed that is not fit for purpose.

Very Happy

Great product. We have two rescue dogs and are about to buy a 2nd calming bed. We also have the calming couch protector and are very happy with them both. Good quality and lives up to all the hype.
