Very disappointing experience. The service was slow. The product quality was very poor and did not match what was the advertised. I would not recommend this place.

This has been one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I have ever had. I WISH I would have known about these reviews prior to purchasing my Maine Coon.
I only paid the deposit at first because I was initially skeptical. I repeatedly requested (via text AND email) basic breeder information, pedigree details and health testing documentation. I have requested this information from Maye, Eric and Ley numerous times. My requests have been delayed or not clearly answered.

Now the kitten's travel was suddenly delayed (after taking my money for the remaining balance) for a vague issue. They say the cat is not eating "normally", but I have not received ANY further updates or pictures or videos AFTER calling them multiple times AND emailing.

Do NOT consider this place. Listen to me very clearly....for your sanity and peace of mind do not give this place any form of payment until you have all of the information you need FIRST.

I still do not have my kitten, no videos, no pictures and no updates on how she is doing.

This was well organized, responsive and communicative, through the whole process. Everything was prompt and logistics were spot on, which included a coast to coast flight for our kitten, an irrepressible butter licker, shameless food thief, a lion trapped in the body of 4 lb elite velcro cuddler, that is cute as hell. We love this little Devon Rex who arrived in good health and overflowing with personality. Highly recommended.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Purebred Kitties to bring home a new family member, Toros (now Gremlin), a black maine coon kitten.

Before placing my deposit, I made sure to read through the Terms and Conditions of Use page, located on their site, so that I knew exactly what I was getting into.

After placing my deposit, Kim reached out to me the same day and informed me of the timeline, process, and what I could expect in the coming weeks. Kim's ability to answer all of my questions and communicate thoughtfully reassured me.

Maye was also a great contact, ensuring I received weekly updates and videos of Gremlin throughout the process. I got a better sense of his personality and the environment he was being raised in through these updates.

Eric helped me finalize payment, paperwork, and he coordinated Gremlin's travel plans via flight nanny. I really appreciated his attention to detail and he took the brunt of a lot of my anxiety-ridden questions with ease.

My one concern is that there was no disclosure my kitty was coming from Ukraine. I took Gremlin to a vet appointment, directly from the airport where I picked him up, for a wellness exam and fecal sample. Everything came back clean.

Overall, my kitty is happy, healthy, and I'm glad that everything worked out the way it did. Without PBK, it's unlikely that I would have found or been able to access this sweet little guy. PBK proved to be a valuable resource for me, but I would still recommend that you do your own independent research, and don't be afraid to ask questions.

From start to the delivery of Grunter was great!! Great communication! The delivery nanny was great also. Grunter is such a love bug. I can tell he was so well loved by the breeders.
Once he was delivered, they have checked in many times. You can tell they love their kittens! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Maine Coon kitten.

I love my kitties. They are very sweet and have adapted very well to their new home. I was not happy that after a vet visit, I was told they both have parasites which aren’t unusual because they come from catterys. I wish I’d known that. I’ve already paid the vet for the tests and medication over $200. I was also told the disease cannot be cured, but the medicine helps with keeping it under control, hopefully. I’ve sent my findings to you when I first found out, but got no response when I said I felt the breeder should be informed. Perhaps they know and don’t care. Now one of them has been sneezing today so I’ll need to do another visit. Julie Winkler

Purebred kitties was the easiest way for me to find a Sphynx kitten. So good that I got two! They’re both so sweet and healthy. They were import cats, so the process was long, but so worth it. They stayed in touch with me and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

My experience with the folks at purebred kitties was wonderful. They sent videos of Thomas as he was growing. If I’m being honest, I was a little skeptical at first because Thomas was coming from far away. But he arrived here on time healthy happy he’s a pure delight. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Trust them good people good kittens.

Chose my kitten when he was about 3 months old. It took almost 1 month to receive him. I was sent numerous videos and updates as to his condition, health etc. I was sent information on what to expect and how to make his transition easier. I was worried when I read some reviews online so I reached out to my personal adoption liaison that was assigned to me. She appreciated my candor and welcomed my questions. She put my mind at ease. Pick my kitten up personally from PHL airport. I was sent the address to the American Airlines Cargo building. That was where the driver met me. My kitten was in a carrier with a blanket and a pee pad. He was healthy and very affectionate. I expected a frightened little animal and he was secure and not worried whatsoever. The paperwork was complete and I checked everything over. His shot record and transportation paperwork was all intact. She put him in my arms and I looked him over. He was clean, eyes clear, ears clean and smelled good. I was looking for anything suspect but found nothing. He immediately curled up in my arms and we headed home to DC. His first vet appointment proved all my worries were gone. They said he was extremely healthy. The whole process was really easy and I really appreciated the open communication that PBK provided. I can only highly recommend them from my personal experience.

This was an absolute complete amazing experience from the very beginning till the actual delivery. The only thing that id wish was different was that all of the paperwork was not in English. It was from Ukraine and we couldn't understand what most of the paperwork stated. Otherwise, it was a flawless experience.

I have not been wanting to write this review of my experience with Purebred Kitties, but their response to a very heartbreaking experience when I purchased not one but two Bengal kittens leads me to warn others of the high risk of disappointment and grief when doing business with Purebred Kitties.
I began looking for places where I could find and ultimately adopt (purchase) a Bengal cat. Pure Bred Kitties popped up immediately during my search and the website was professional and neat. There were cute pictures of available kittens for sale so I picked one out and followed their purchase policy, A deposit and final payment on delivery. As there was a 4 to 6 weeks time to approximate date of delivery because of the kitten's age I ordered another one which was almost ready for delivery. Everything seemed fine until I noticed that the delivery date was vague and lengthier than I was expecting. I began to search for reviews of Purebred Kitties and panicked from some of the reviews. Kittens were coming from war ravaged Ukraine on extremely long journeys, many with multiple health issues and very dissatisfied experiences.
I began contacting Purebred Kitties, chatted and spoke with Marie and Maye voicing my concern about the delayed process and the multiple negative reviews on Trust Pilot. They reassured me that everything was going to be fine, that the kittens are screened once they get to the U.S. After that conversation the delivery date was set within a week which was unexpected.
The delivery took place on January 31, in a parking lot by the American Airlines cargo terminal at Philadelphia airport. A lady in a car showed up and delivered the kitten along with paperwork. Cat seemed fine and after a 2 hour ride we were home. The kitten appeared to be a bit frightened but generally ok. As it was a weekend I had to wait for a Vet appointment the following Tuesday.
The cat did not appear to be eating much and on the vet appointment she was found to be febrile and somewhat dehydrated. She was treated with intramuscular hydration and given antibiotics. At first the kitten seemed to have improved for a couple of days but then she began experiencing vomiting, diarrhea and lethargy. Refusing to eat and drink. I set up an appointment with the Vet and when I went to get her for the appointment the cat was dead under the bed. I took the deceased kitten to the vet and after some test she was diagnosed positive for FPV an almost always fatal virus for kittens for which she was suppossed to be vaccinated for from the breeder. Very traumatic experience as anyone who loses a pet can attest to.
After dealing with this heartbreaking experience I contacted Purebred Kitties very disappointed in the experience and requested to get a refund and cancellation of the other kitten that was ordered. After unnecessary back and forth in dealing with Marie, Jane and Maye I was able to get the refund of the cancelled order. I insisted that I should be refunded on the unhealthy kitten delivered to me. They were requesting an autopsy reports even though I sent them medical records from the vet that showed her to test positive for Feline Panleukopenia Virus and almost always fatal condition for kittens. As I had already spent $700 on veterinary care, I was not willing to spend another fortune on an autopsy. I kept insisting that they had sent me a sick kitten and demanded a refund. I have not heard back from them.
Please read all the negative reviews that this company has before considering buying a kitten from them.
They will probably reply to this review with their fixed template of "How sorry we are about your loss..."
The bottom line is that Purebred Kitties is an untrustworthy company that deceives in their website with fake testimonies, misleading "Health Guarantees" and should be avoided at all cost.
Please read not only this review but so many other customers who have had very sad experiences they are truthful testimonies.

Our Maine Coon kitten was delivered about 10 days ago and he is an absolute sweetie. The ability to have a kitten delivered is a great selling point as I have an older car and couldn’t make that trip. That being said, I had no idea kittens were being bred out of the country. So due to his arduous journey, he arrived with a mild upper respiratory infection and diarrhea. We are working with our vet to clear that up. In addition, these kittens are not cheap. You expect them to be perfect and this little guy is almost deaf. I wouldn’t trade him because he’s so loving but the buyer needs to be aware that these things can happen.

The process went smoothly. Received Ares within 3 weeks and he is just as precious as his pictures online are. The few things that I feel like that could’ve been done better. There could be more transparency when it comes to delivery dates and times you only get a broad idea of when he might come in and then it’s almost the last minute before you find out he’s coming. I did send a couple of emails trying to get a better idea of the delivery date, but I felt like my questions were avoided. I also paid for some of the add-ons that were never completed. I did however, receive a refund for those add-ons, but that’s not what I paid for. For example, I have paid for the pedigree certificate and it was never delivered instead I got a refund. So it makes me wonder a little bit to the validity of him being purebred. And dealing with their website and the actual purchase, I ended up paying for the flight twice the first time it was $600 and the second time it was like $680. I’m not quite sure if I was ever refunded the money for the second purchase of a flight. Not to mentioned I thought I was purchasing a kitten based in the US but instead he came from Ukraine. A bit concerning. Over all I am happy with Ares he’s an awesome cat.

If you don’t mind a kitten with ringworm and a company that doesn’t do anything to compensate for vet and medicine expenses then I highly recommend

I was a little nervous as a first time buyer of a purebred. We’ve always rescued. However, my daughter was in need of a specific kitten as an emotional support animal. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this site. Every person was responsive and helpful. We were provided consistent updates and all questions were answered promptly. Our kitten was delivered without any problems and is healthy. Our daughter and her kitten are developing a strong and loving bond. Thank you for making this possible!
