I had a good experience, especially with Beverly pre-adoption. She was informative, transparent, and made herself available for all my questions. And she really answered them; she didn’t fob me off with vague statements. Post-adoption contact was less great, but I just went back to Beverly with my questions. Our kitten is absolutely wonderful, and exactly how they described her!

Everything was great! Only odd part was the nanny. The cat was packed in a duffle like carrier and there were language barriers. I wish someone told me that the carrier wasn’t ours to take her home with. I assumed for the cost, the carrier wasn’t included (even a pet store box type) but the kitty is healthy, happy, socializing with our other dogs and cats well. Just grateful I brought my son on the trip or I’d be trying to drive with a loose kitten 2 hrs. BRING A CARRIER.

The process was seamless from start to finish. Great communication including location map for meet up to get our kitten, which made it super easy. Our kitten came home happy, healthy and well mannered. I was a bit skeptical because of all the scams when it comes to purebred kittens, but I have to say all my fears were totally unfounded.

I had a very concerning experience with this company and feel obligated to warn others. They advertised a kitten with an age that turned out not to be accurate. After I paid the deposit, they informed me that the kitten’s real age was different from what was originally posted. That alone felt dishonest.
What was even more alarming is that at no point did they disclose that the kitten was located in Ukraine. I only discovered this by accident when they sent me a video where people were whispering in Russian in the background. When I questioned them, they initially told me it was in Europe, and only after I insisted, they finally admit the kitten was in Ukraine. They present themselves as a U.S.-based business, but all people in these reviews says the same: KITTIES FROM UKRAINE. They refused to provide clear information about the breeder or the exact location. Once I expressed that I was uncomfortable moving forward under these circumstances, they refused to refund my deposit.

Buyers deserve transparency. Importing kittens from a country currently at war without clearly disclosing that information is extremely concerning. These animals are being transported long distances, exposed to stress and risk, and customers are not properly informed before committing financially. I would not recommend this company at all.

First Class Experience from beginning to delivery!! First class Adoption Team; great communication; every detail presented was promised. Weekly updates and videos of my kitty from deposit till delivery. My kitty is absolutely healthy, sweet, litter trained and getting spoiled!! He is a majestic beautiful Maine coon boy and he’s definitely a joy to love! Much respect to the breeder; the care and attention shows by my kitty’s behavior! He was spoiled way before he found his foreverhome!! 💝

This was the first time I have ever bought kittens on the internet. The experience as a whole was easy and pleasant. The staff would keep in contact with me and sent me videos of my babies. I used the flight nanny option and the flight nanny said my two babies, my Russian Blues, were perfect the whole flight. I highly recommend this company and using the flight nanny. I would use them again.

My purchase was smooth and care free. After being scammed out of a kitten weeks before, they made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Highly recommended. Will only be adopting from them.

On January 28, 2025, I placed a deposit with Purebred Kitties for a Russian Blue kitten. The required deposit was $1,400 and described as non-refundable. To date, the company has received a total of $2,400 from me and I do not have a kitten.

After payment, I was told I would receive photos and videos of the kitten within a few days. I did not receive any updates for nearly two weeks. After following up, I was sent a very brief video.

I observed inconsistencies on the company’s website regarding kitten ages and birthdates. In at least two instances, kittens listed with the same birthdate reflected different ages. Another listing showed an age that did not appear to align with the stated birthdate.

The company later informed me that my kitten was ready for international air delivery and provided a proposed arrival time. However, I was asked to finalize the remaining balance before receiving:
Complete vaccination records
Veterinary health documentation
Pedigree papers
Airline name
Air waybill (tracking) number
Written explanation of the air transport and cargo.

Additional concerns include:

A large “non-refundable” deposit required upfront

Requests for additional payment prior to providing standard documentation

Inconsistent or unclear information regarding kitten listings:
Communication occurring primarily via text message from unnamed representatives

Limited transparency regarding the international shipping and import process.

Delays in responding when documentation was requested.

Given the combination of inconsistent listing information, lack of documentation, request for additional funds prior to verification, and limited transparency regarding transport details, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this transaction.

Whatever amount of money you give this company, they’ll keep it and go silent. A scam operation at its best.

Amazing kittens available! Aquired my kitten for valentines day. Surprise to see that they are potty trained, they are playful and well kept! Highly recommend if you're looking for a specific bred or just an amazing kitchen!

It was wondeful to have total communication the entire time along with weekly updates on Uran (renamed Blue!). I never had to wonder or worry, and the payment was seamless. We had some issues with scheduling the flight but it was remedied immediately. Blue got here without a problem in perfect health 🥰

One thing I will say: I did ask if I could get him in March and was told twice it would be fine. They cant keep the kittens after they show up in Delaware at 16 weeks old, so I had to make super quick adjustments to my schedule since I got him 3 weeks earlier than I thought I would. Otherwise, great experience.

I have adopted 2 Maine coons from purebred kitties and it’s always a very smooth process from beginning to end, and I will always go through them when getting any more kittens. Just amazing!

I wud have liked more communication in the process. I had to text to get information and it wasn't given. I was told I would get pictures and videos of his progress and never did. I also would have loved to know more about the breeder. I didn't know my cat was coming from out of the country. I thought this was a US based company. That being said the specialist was very informative. I love my cat. The pick up went smoothly and there was more communication there.

We wanted a Maine Coon pure bred but local breeders did not have much available at the time, that’s when we found purebred kitties. They were great. Everything happened pretty fast and when our boy arrived he was happy and healthy and well socialized. Could not be happier with how everything turned out. A seamless experience.

Marie is a great person to purchase a kitty from I remember buying my first Sphynx from her in 2022 and he is still healthy to this day. The Oriental I just recently purchased is happy and healthy as well 10/10 recommend going through Purebred Kitties!

We had a great experience with Purebred. From start to finish my experience was great. The staff were very helpful and always answered quickly on any questions I had. When my cat arrived he is healthy and well taken care of. This was the first time I have used Purebred and will definitely use them again in the future.

I purchased a Siberian boy from Ukraine. He is a great joy - healthy and adorable!! Expensive but nice to have him brought right to me!

Communication was very good; questions answered - seem like nice people.

He is the fifth Siberian in our family. They are wonderful and intelligent.

I had a fabulous experience. I was hesitant at first, especially because there's always a risk with kittens flying, especially overseas and through a broker (who doesn't directly breed the cats). I read the reviews and since they were largely good, took a chance. My kitten came from the Ukraine, and I was well aware of this. They were highly professional, refunded me for a test I decided I didn't want. Sent photos as promised, answered questions and kept in constant contact.

There were three parts of the experience which could have improved. One, the photos of the parent cats were not legitimate (ChatGpt flagged this for me and I later confirmed). As my kitten was fixed and for a pet, this did not deter me. Second, the pickup experience was a little chaotic and stressful as there were many pickups happening that day and I was receiving texts and communication while I was trying to drive to the location. This should have happened earlier, for sure. Thirdly, the food they provided was generic, and not what the kitten was used to. I did not know this until I opened the bag of food on the listing. This gave him a little initial food aversion because once we put his regular brand out, he gobbled it up. If I had known it was generic, I would have opened it sooner and we could have avoided some soft stool and weight loss.

Otter than that, I received a very handsome, healthy and clean kitten. Granted, I've only had him three weeks, but I would definitely use Purebred Kitties again. Understand the health of your kitten largely depends on the BREEDER, not the broker. I've researched my breeder and can confirm she raises cats in a healthy, ethical manner (fixed).
