Arrived 24 hours after order, great product, great service thanks

We ordered the exercise bike through Tesco but needed it the following day - a Saturday- so we could put it together for our daughter before we left for home. After a telephone call to Pure Fitness and Sports they said they could provide a courier (for an additional payment) to deliver on the Saturday, which was very much appreciated by us. It was cheerfully delivered to the door - up 2 flights of stairs. The exercise bike was as expected and ideal for what it was needed for following a knee operation. Kept informed of exercise bike delivery progress - friendly, thoughtful staff. Would recommend.

Easy, simple to use website, ordered items delivered as stated and emailed status of order at each stage was helpful.

Product easy to assemble and strong. One cable was defective, but replacement sent immediately without query. Support excellent.

Amazing value and great service. The piece of equipment purchased was more than £150 less than that famous catalogue shop beginning with A. Delivery was fast and I was contacted to ensure a convenient day.
Great communications throughout. Will definitely shop again.

Generally a good service, just a shame about the 0845 number to contact Palletways to arrange delivery that cost me the best part of £20.

Marcy Weight Rack Olympic Holder

Really needed this as was stacking my weight plates on top of each other at home and it was looking unsafe and untidy. Now it looks like it should thanks to there customer service team giving me their advice

Highly recommend the Marcy MP3100 smith machine which is what I have as looks perfect with the Marcy Weight Rack

Great piece of equipment, swift delivery with courteous delivery team. Took a while to assemble (6-8hrs) but well worth it. Recommended.

These guys are great. Firstly, their prices are good and the range of fitness products is very good. I found what I was looking for cheaper somewhere else and asked them to price match.....they gave me a partial refund which I was more than happy with.

I`ll definately use them again....probably quite soon as I`m after a weight plate tree :)

Really disappointed as I ordered a Tunturi treadmill that was advertised as "in stock" and which was recorded as despatched but then sale as cancelled as item was claimed to be damaged.
