For a product that was supposed to be delivered the next day, 5 days later I had not heard anything. I rang purefitness and I was told I would be called back the same day which didn't happen. I rang back the next day to be told it was damaged in transit and they had no replacement. This was a highly unlikely story being a bulky product that would be difficult to damage. No stock in the 1st place - very unprofessional service.

Great service from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate and questions were answered straight away. The price was very competitive across the area and the items arrived safe and in good time.

Excellent service, I requested a specific delivery date and my equipment arrived on that date. I would happily order from PureFitness & Sports again.

I bought a Marcy hg 7000 which cost £700 the product came with a faulty cable. So i contacted the company through the website. I had no response from them until an email poppee up stating my cable was en route to me. Great i thought until the cable turned up and was the wrong cable. I am now being ignored after sending several emails with regaurds to this wrong cable , ive even offeres to pay the shipment to send the wrong cable back. Im still waiting for a response. That was a week ago ! Poor

The delivery didn’t come on the day it was supposed to due to a mess up and then I was promised a morning delivery on my re-scheduled date and that didn’t happen. Furthermore they couldn’t give me a delivery window either just that they’ll deliver up to 7pm!

great bike , only thing is the seat is a bit wobbly .

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I had a problem with an item getting damaged in transit, they immediately issued a replacement item, without question or me asking for it. Friendly staff with good communications.

I was delighted at the professional way that Pure Fitness handled my issues. I could not have asked more from them when I had an issue with my exercise bike after 15 months use. Replaced with the minimal of fuss and replacement was delivered FOC and the damaged one taken away at the same time. Thanks to all.
