I'm sorry to hear there has been some confusion regarding our payment reminder process.
We always send out several reminders and follow-up notices if a payment fails. If no action is taken, the outstanding balance is handed over to Sergel after approximately 2.5 months.

I like this gym because it is always good mood …
I like this gym because it is always clean, tidy, new machines, managers keep order and are very friendly. Most of the clients are also nice. That is why I always recommend the Pure Jim chain to everyone. To the article from May 1 my sons will also go with me. Thank you

Great gym, but I think it would be better if there were more machines! Sometimes the machine you need is occupied for a very long time. But overall everything is cool.

Nice but can't use the shower
Overall, the gym is nice and well-equipped.
However, I’ve run into a recurring issue: the showers in the men’s changing room are being cleaned almost every day around 8 a.m.—which happens to be exactly when I have time to shower before work. It’s a bit frustrating, as it limits when I can use the facilities.
Also, I’ve noticed that the cleaner is always a woman, which can feel uncomfortable given that it’s the men’s changing room. I’m not sure if others feel the same way, but I personally find it a little awkward.
Just wanted to share this feedback in case it helps improve the experience for everyone.

We always try to clean the changing room at times that are least disruptive. I have of course forwarded your feedback to the person responsible, so that the matter of cleaning at a later time can be looked into.
Regarding the staff who clean the changing room, it is not always possible to find staff of the same gender, which is why it can happen that a woman cleans the men's changing room and vice versa. We of course always try to avoid this, but it is not always possible. I have taken your feedback along so that it can be taken into consideration 😊

I am happy with this gym
I am happy with this gym, go there often (2-3x times a week) Machines are great and new, only very rarely is there too many people. Showers and toilets could be cleaner though.

Worst customer service imaginably.
When machines are out of service, they don’t fix them and have no clue when it will happen or offer alternatives.
And the office customer service is just dismissive and not able to help with anything

Our technicians always do their very best to fix machines and equipment as fast as they can. With extensive repairs, specific parts may need to be shipped and delivered by the supplier, which can unfortunately prolong the process.
However, the staff are always able give a status on the repair (if they have one, of course).

I recently started training in PureGym…
I recently started training in PureGym and I can't train in socks then I had 1 training some time later without shoes.
later that day I got an email to do a survey so I answered on it and said the the gyms equipment was very used and not new at all. then I got another email from the boss of the gym where he said that I was dumb for doing it even tho I wasn't lying about the equipment was bad. I would like to get some feedback my friends train there and say he's a tool too.

Great center
Recently I got membership of PureGym near Forum st. There are 4/5 different floors so it doesn’t look overcrowded. Well equipped, nice staff especially Nikolai is such an amazing person, friendly and knowledgeable.
Equipments are in good condition, but changing room is bit neglected area in cleanliness.

SCAM, THEIFS AND LIARS!!
I’ve been a member of puregym since April 2024, but was also member in fitness world before it got bought. I always pay 249 for my membership. I moved a couple of months ago to ballerup and told the guy at the centre that I’d wish to change my gym (I only train in one) from hvidovre to ballerup, he changed it and it was all fine, he also said it would cost the same, as it should, since I only train in one place. now all of a sudden I’m getting charged 383 kr for the same membership?!?! I didn’t buy or change anything, just like that 150 kr more!! For a student like me that’s a week worth of meal prep!!
Other than the bad service as well, the guy was talking to his colleague laughing and having a good time, and when I show up to ask for help he seemed so annoyed by it, his smile completely disappeared from his face, I’m sorry I’m asking you to do your job.
You just lost a customer, I’d advice anyone to not sign up to puregym, find you another gym that treats their customers well and not lie to them!!!

Awful Staff & Unclear Subscription Terms
Going to the gym shouldn't be frustrating unless PG's employee lies to you and then you have to pay another month of the membership. Initially, I wanted a single visit just to checkout the gym but the employee said that they have a 1DKK per month discount so I can train for a month for 1DKK then cancel which of course didn't make any sense. I only wanted to train for a month because I was going on vacation. Now I have penalty fees and a subscription to pay. The gym was also really dirty and unpleasant.

Internet /network data support In Nordhavn branch
Honestly management!, you spend huge amount of money new equipment (nice thank you ) but zero internet connection no mobile data and broken gym internal internet , I complained quite many times but seems the feedback cycle is broken , it is much easy just provide a better internal internet ,
