Sorry, but the taste experience is rock bottom. I'm sure the eco-impact is second to none, but this is just tasteless, fifth division cr@p.

I've tried many different flavours but cannot get past the aftertaste of the sweeteners, and the strange mouth feel. It doesn't really melt in the mouth, but rather clumps into an oddly dry, yet slimy ball. I could cope with the texture if not for the aftertaste. Could the company not consider using xylitol instead?

Delivery and packaging are perfect but I tried a few options and it tastes nothing like normal chocolate, very bland and unappealing. Not really sure how other reviews think it's so good.

Delightful website and branding- I was lured in via social media & Dragon's Den due to the excellent values (e.g. vegan, gluten-free etc.) and decided to try some Pure Heavenly chocolate! The chocolates had a slightly dry texture and were relatively plain in taste. Unfortunately, the chocolate wasn't for me, but I assume many people out there love it! Overall, the experience of ordering and receiving my package was lovely; however, I wasn't so keen on the chocolate itself.

The chocolate is amazing. Loved that there is a taster bar in the box as well. My Aunt is diabetic and is rather partial to a bar of Galaxy chocolate every so often. She enjoyed Heavenly's milk chocolate and thought it was just as good as Galaxy. Definitely recommend you give this a try. Well worth the money.

Cheap and nasty. Don't waste your money🤢

I wasn't expecting too much as I am a chocoholic, but unfortunately have recently developed lactose intolerance. I absolutely love some of the Pure Heavenly range and am on my third order. I prefer it to 'normal' chocolate as it isn't so 'cloying'.

Goods arrived within a week, but that's where it ended. Mint choc gave me a sore throat and tasted of an overpowering addition of artificial mint additive and chocolateish substance mixed with water. Silk was a million miles from milk but I suppose if you are allergic to dairy its better than nothing. Not too bad in cooking but not for the price. Overrated on Dragons Den

This is is heavenly chocolate. Bought a milk chocolate taster pack for the vegans in our family and thought why not try one ourselves. Really high quality chocolate good falvours banana has been a family favourite, I like the hazelnut.

The order was dispatched next day when I placed a very late Christmas order.

Will definitely be back to order more.

Got a box of this chocolate for my daughter who is vegan, she normally says Hotel Chocolat truffles are the best but says this chocolate is better. But she still loves Cadbury vegan and says this brand and Cadbury are neck in neck, delivery was super quick also.

I noticed Hazelnuts were not in theLove Heavenly special which I recently ordered. They were in the original I received. Why are they now excluded they are delicious.

I am impressed by the service for choosing and buying delicious and healthy chocolate from Pure Heavenly on a regular basis. I realised after a few months that I was beginning to build up an excess store of chocolate, as during lockdown was to unable to see enough people to share some of the chocolate with. I had difficulty trying to amend my regular order online , so in the end I emailed the company and explained my difficulty. They were happy to help and also made improvements on the site to help manage my account better.
They have been introducing delicious new flavours , so I won't tire of buying regularly from them. I now also share the product with friends and family when I can. My favourite flavours are the Dark Ginger, Coconut, Salted Caramel, Raspberry and am looking forward to trying the Hazel nut one, when it becomes available. Must be very popular.

I love it!!!!! All the dark chocolate flavours are amazing and can be eaten guilt free. What's not to love!!!!

This is the best tasting chocolate if you want low sugar type. Delivery reasonably fast.

Having seen the positive reviews about this chocolate, I bought a few different flavours to try out. I have to say this is not for me. The Silk, White and Salted Caramel all have a strange, quite unpleasant taste and aftertaste. Very disappointed especially as it is expensive too. I would not purchase again and there are many tastier vegan options available.

I bought a selection box as I am cows milk intolerant so was very excited to receive these. The milk chocolate flavours were very disappointing and had a grainy texture.
The dark ones are much more like ‘real’ chocolate but I wasn’t blown away.
I may buy some more dark ones in the future.
