My storage fees have gone up 40% in 3…

My storage fees have gone up 40% in 3 yrs. But theres trash 2 spaces from me and another rv looked like it was leaking sewage. 1 reason they gave me is that the new owner wants to clean the place up. Well wy are you charging me for that. They tried to compare with other storage places , but they are all new. So after the review the owner made a reply so I called and no answer or return call. Storing elsewhere now. Alot cleaner at the new place. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere than this dump. P.s. workers there were the reason I stayed so long. Too bad the owner wants you to pay for his boat.

Rat Infested

Rat Infested - The Beaumont location is rat infested and taking their time with resolving the issues. Once I initially reported the problems with the unit the staff stated that they will take care of the unit and possibly speak to the owner's unit next to mine. Month later we returned to check on the unit, the hole between my unit and the unit next to mines was not fixed and rat droppings were everywhere. Spoke to office workers and they did not even know the start of how I should file a claim.

Sucks

They are sums they kept telling I was OK I did not have the money I was in a bad spot and did not get any cash that mouth I called the lady and she saidbthat she will work with is it will be OK I was cool I did not want to lose my kids stuff and then the next call ingot like a week late was them saying we are selling your storage if you don't have like 256 and some I was I just talk to someone about is and I was OK .they where like we don't know who you talk to someone this is what it is .so all comes down I lost my kids and my stuff they wouldn't even let me get my kids pic and baby stuff out of it

Athena helped me with my move out process and listened to me vent about the troubles I had trying to move an RV we purchased. She was very patient, kind, and helpful. She mentioned that she is new management, but you would think she has been there forever. Thank you Athena for your wonderful customer services.

Not a good place for a storage

I got this storage place because it is near home and had gave me a good deal. So I ended up renting this storage they promised me that I was going to get the deal Of paying 74.86 for the first 2 months and from there it was going to rise to the normal payment .... so today I went in to pay my 2 month and they didn’t give me what the person that got me started there at this storage place. They justified it with that one person does not work there anymore and that they are trying to fix the mess she made ? That is totally not our fault. The Bad thing is that the lady that got me started there apparently didn’t register anything on the computer. So I had to pay a different amount they had told me and instead of helping me out FIXING THERE MESS , they were okay with me just canceling my unit space really rude people not good customer service . What a disappointment in the facility in buckeye ! Would not recommend this storage place
