Pure Pet Food Reviews 

I have been using Pure for a number of weeks now, and so far so good. My dog has acid reflux, and because the food is quite soft it goes down easily, making it easy to digest. She also enjoys it, which is the main thing. I have contacted them a couple of times with queries, and each time I have had a quick response. Customer service is very good. All in all very happy.

Although my senior rescue dog who has a heart condition and is on a lot of medication didn’t like the food (I was trying to get her onto a healthier diet) it smells delicious and is nutritionally very good.
The customer service I received from Denise was absolutely fantastic, I cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us.

With such a fussy cavapoo , I fully expected I would be cancelling this after the initial delivery, but NO She ABSOLUTELY LOVES this. We’ve been adventurous with flavours too. Which is a first. The prep is easy, and whilst there is a slight smell it’s nothing compared to some pet foods.
We are a few months in and I can see the benefits, her weight is better managed , her coat is glossy, and no nasty farts 😂 She looks forward to meal times and clears the dish completely.

Ordering, rescheduling deliveries is great and my dogs love the food. I have contacted Pure-pet for support. Once for a lost delivery, which was sorted and dispatched again that day with no extra costs for me. The other time was for advice on food as my dog has health issues. Both times, the members of Pure pet were friendly and efficient.

My Cockapoo Millie is half way through the 1st months supply of food after switching her over to Pure with the starter food. Previously she had dodgy poos, ate lots of grass, had a gurgling tummy and just seemed generally unhappy.

I can now say no dodgy poos, no grass eating or gurgling stomach and a much happier dog. A revelation! Her fur looks fuller, healthier and shinier and she is more like her old self.

She was never wanting to eat much at breakfast and dinner or bothered about eating at all, soon as we switched to Pure shes excited to eat every single meal and licks the bowl clean.
She Also has a sensitive stomach so this food has been brilliant for that too!

Pure pet food is an amazing product for our precious dogs! No added nasties. It's given one of our pugs a new lease of life - he has gone from having to be lifted onto the couch from jumping up himself!! they both absolutely clear their bowls every time - no waste! Highly recommend

I love the ease of pure pet food. I can change my pets order any time. I can change the date of delivery (which is very handy if you’re going away and need it sooner) can also skip a delivery if/when needed. I also love how I can just add things to his next order or add to his subscription if I want to. I have a cockapoo and this food was a game changer as he has a super sensitive tummy and pure has settled his tummy right down. 100% worth every penny!

He likes the food. It doesn’t last the whole month, and I have to buy a few tins for the last week of the month, but it’s still ok

ice had this pure dog food for a month our jugs coat is so much smoother and shiny healthy looking she can't wait to get her food she sits and waits patiently for it and will only eat it when we tell her I am surprised she knows she will get it and her patience is now amazing it's great thank you lovely people to raise any concerns too particularly now as I am feeling overwhelmed and again I will talking to some one again too to help me so let's hope it's as good as the last conversation I had as I'm sure it will be

I have been using Pure Food for just over a year and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Since using Pure, my cocker spaniel has not had any gastrointestinal issues that she used to have quite frequently. Her coat is now shiny and her weight is better and easier to manage. She absolutely loves the food and is overall a much happier and healthier dog.

Customer service is one of the best I've received. Mix up with received order and it was sorted within in minutes and new delivery issued at no extra cost.

After losing my Frenchie Olive in June I had to cancel my subscription but I knew that if another dog came along I would definitely use Pure again.
Well that time has come, and after a little hiccup in signing in (which was quickly sorted by the team) I now have a new subscription, and delivery of my first box will arrive in 2 days.
Everyone at Pure take the time to respond to any queries you may have and always respond promptly.
In my previous dealings with Pure, deliveries are always on time with tracking and well packed.
Olive absolutely loved this food, not a morsel ever left, bowl left as if it hadn’t been used. It was like she knew how good this food was for her.
Well I now hope that Libby (my new addition) will love it as much, she too is a Frenchie. In my opinion it is a great food for the breed and plenty of choice.

It would be great if there was an app instead of relying on websites and emails.

Our dog loves the food and has no issues.

We often run out before our next delivery and so I would be great if you could havd the option of a week/fortnight before you calculate we should run out ( I think my wife is over generous with the scoop).

Dog loves the food and fact its subscription is great as means I never run out! Easy delivery service.
Once we had issues with dog vomiting certain flavours (even though he loved the taste) and the helpline were great at talking through some options till we found the flavours suitable for him.
