I switched to pure talk several months back. Switching over was easy and the customer service was excellent. I have had to call a couple times with a question and was always able to have my question answered and they were always very polite, very patient and very helpful. I highly recommend pure talk.

Easy to switch from Verizon to PureTalk. Was paying for way more data than I needed with Verizon. My biggest concern was coverage in a more remote area of my state where we have a vacation home. The coverage has been essentially the same. Count me as a very satisfied customer.

Switching from AT&T to PureTalk in Dec 2025, decreased our bill by over $175 each MONTH!
With our change to PureTalk, we’ve experienced the same connectivity we had with the larger companies.
I wish we’d known about PureTalk sooner.
I LOVE the price of the service
I LOVE the price of the service. I worked for AT&T for a couple of decades, and had service with them for about as long, so I have some loyalty to them, but I don't get good AT&T coverage where I live. Verizon's coverage was better.
Also, I thought I had a certain amount of WiFi hotspot coverage with my plan, but my phone says otherwise. What is the actuality in this regard?
Usage after data runs out is unbearably slow and hardly works.
Once my data runs out, my phone chokes and it's almost like I don't have a phone. The speed seems worse than dialup in the 90s.. I can't go to a website, or do anything on FB. Streaming music is tough because it'll stall for a few minutes and then play about 30 seconds of music and stall again.

Honestly, switching from Verizon to PureTalk was much easier than I expected. I kept waiting for some kind of hassle, but it never came.
The best part is I’m paying so much less now, and the service feels the same. Calls are clear, data is fast, and I haven’t noticed any difference in coverage. It’s kind of wild how much I was overpaying before.
Customer service has been great; a real helpful person in the USA.

Changed to Pure Talk after 50 years with another company!
I was with another phone company for over 50 years. A member of my family told me about Pure Talk and how much they liked them after becoming a member. So thought I would give them a try. One of my best moves. Always very respectful and willing to be of help no matter the problem. I have been with Pure Talk for over 2 years and have no desire to leave. I have given them a 5 Star review to which they truly deserve.

Staff is very helpful - had no problems with transferring lines. No difference in level of performance/cell service. Only complaint- wish you supported Google watches as well...had to give that up as a connected device with the switch, but I'm surviving!

Once I made the switch, there has been no issues at all. With automatic pay, at such a low cost, it has been a great experience. No drop calls, service issues, texting, or data use over charge. It’s a wonderful experience.

We started off with cellphones provided…
We started off with cellphones provided by my mother in law through JITTERBUG. She couldn’t stand the thought of IOU’s living in central Nebraska without phones on our very empty highways. Eventually I switched us to US Cellular.
For a time things were good. $110 per month for pretty good service, unlimited talk text and data and generally solid coverage map.
Then TMobile entered the picture. I knew it wasn’t going to last and I’d been hearing about Pure Talk from Mike Rowe on his The Way I Heard It podcast. You offered two lines with unlimited TT and 30 gigs per month for life. Done.
Switching was fairly easy and quick, though the iPhone 8 we were using struggled to keep contact with the network so I switched to iPhone 13mini for both of us. Great coverage, signal and easy to keep up to speed.
