Puretree Cork Reviews

Really helpful advice on the phone (suggested a very similar product which was in stock immediately), and they arranged delivery on a date to suit at my request. Several free samples made choosing easy. Couldn’t ask for better service - especially in the middle of the national lockdown - and the product (Wicanders Essence) is beautiful quality. Now all I need to do is fit it...!

Helpful and friendly, good stock and prices

I had been looking for a thick and robust cork shower mat for some time;this one is unusual in that it is 19 mm thick-all the others on offer from other retailers are 15 mm thick or less and quite flimsy.Including carriage this one is not cheap but to find a high quality product like this is worth paying for.Service was swift and the item was sent next day courier.

Excellent product and service - the cork mat was great quality and was delivered very promptly. Highly recommend.

Well packed arrived on time prompt response

Very smooth transaction, fast delivery and the cork flooring is as expected

Amazing flooring, easy to lay and looks beautiful. It feels warm under foot and adds so much character, I love it 💕

Very helpful customer service, answered all my questions and queries. The flooring I bought is beautiful and very simple to lay. Very happy indeed.

Sorry, but the sample sizes sent to me (max of 3) were too small to get any idea of how they might look in my house’s hallway, dining room and kitchen/breakfast room! I had samples sent by another supplier that were MUCH larger. I’m sure that’ll be reflected in their prices (!) but as samples of their products they were far more helpful to have. It would be useful to have a showroom nearby (south Essex) to go see these cork flooring products . . .

Ordered samples and arrived within 2 days, great service 😁

Samples came quickly and were of a decent size unlike some other cork floor companies where the sample was so small it was hard to tell what it would be like.

We purchased the originals harmony cork inspire flooring for our kitchen recently. It was delivered promptly and was easy to fit. We have been incredibly pleased with it so far, it is warm, soft (great for kids) and importantly it also looks really stunning. It seems to be a really excellent quality product - despite spillages etc, it does appear to be waterproof and very hard wearing. We’re planning on using it in the bathroom also.

Happy to answer all questions, brilliant product recommendation, very quick delivery time. Recommend the Amorim Wise as a flooring choice, the finish is superb.

I received the product I'd been searching for at a very reasonable price and the standard delivery time was very quick. Would thoroughly recommend.

Ordered some made to measure cork from Pure Tree. It's not cheap and postage and packing is very expensive but I chose them as they could cut the exact piece that we needed for our kitchen. The first piece arrived quickly and admittedly packed well but it was almost 10mm short. I contacted them and they quickly arranged another piece to be sent however this piece arrived 5mm short. It's a shame that their tape measure doesn't work as I can't really fault the service.

How can I review these items when still haven't received the samples I ordered!!!

Was asked to give a review (twice) for samples ordered on line. Still awaiting these samples hence only 2 stars

Asked for samples, never received, keep getting asked for reviews...
