Order placed on 24th Jan, chased multiple times but didn't received salt. The website is now down and also the phone numbers. How can we file a complaint of case for this ?

This company is probably a scammer. They took the money, sent a confirmation email and disappeared.

Placed the order on the 17th Feb, they took the money and I’m still waiting for the delivery, no response to my emails or phone calls.

It’s a scam, I ordered salt on 24 January they said they will deliver on 14th feb, but nothing..they took the money..Tried to contact but everything is down!!

DO NOT ORDER. Ordered 20/1/25, money taken, chased them but goods still haven't arrived. Phoneline dead, website down.

Same as for everyone else it seems. Made an order on 4th Feb 2025. Received confirmation email and they took my money for a salt order. Since then nothing. No communication. Email and website are now defunct. Either liquidated or scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Same experience as plenty of others, ordered, paid and delivery confirmed for w/c Feb 23 but not had goods and no response to emails or online form and phone doesn’t work.

Just about to contact my credit card company about a refund for my payment under S75 process and have reported Purity Direct to Trading Standards, Hertfordshire - 01707 292429 who transfer calls to Citizens Advice to log the issue and will refer back to Trading Standards to take action to get this unregistered organisation shut down and stop other people wasting time & money. Also advised to report as a scam to Action Fraud.

Order placed Jan 22, 2025 for delivery that week. No response. Contacted on Feb 6. Got an email response apologising and stating it would be delivered on Feb 22. Since then, no contact. Phone number doesn't work. Emails aren't replied to. Getting a refund via Amex. Either it's a scam or they're out of business.

Total scam still waiting for a delivery ordered in January.
Telephone number doesn't exit.
WhatsApp doesn't respond or look at messages
Emails not answered....
Says it all

No delivery; No number to call e-mails keep bouncing back ; telephone number on website does not connect.
Avoid purchasing from this company as I am not sure its legitimate. Placed order on the 7th February.... still waiting for delivery.

Can’t give less than 1 star or I would. DO NOT buy from this company, they are scammers. The address on the website is false, they are phone disconnected and they don’t reply to emails.

Wish there is a negatvie review are avaialbel. This website and company is scam. I have placed block salt for the water softner order on 23/02/25, order is never arrived. Tried to contact by using the phone number provided on the website, didn't recgonised. fill up their online contact form, no respond. used online chat, it's joke. Hower gave this site good reviews, I am sure they were fake. I wanred you - don't use this website. I don't how they allow to run website like this.

placed an order early Feb 25 said order would be dispatched week commencing 23/2/25 , emailed to ask if could be sent sooner and had a reply saying they would do their best and heard nothing since. ive sent emails with no reply , some even bouncing back and the number on website says not in service. pretty gutted as need the salt blocks and out of pocket.

Exactly the same experience as others reporting here. January order, no response to chasers. This is either a scam or an insolvent company.

Scammer , do not order. Never got my order delivered. Need to request bank to revert my payment.

That was three week’s ago, phone number does not work, no reply’s to emails.
