Not so tired

I have been taking Purolabs Iron Complex capsules - one every morning - for about eight weeks and have noticed a significant improvement in energy.

The purolabs were not up to standard

The purolabs I purchased 2 boxes. The first box was ok for halfway and then the inside of capsules went solid. Threw them away am now taking the other box so far ok.
I don’t feel any better. I will not be purchasing them again!

Our team suggested adjusting your delivery frequency to better match your usage, but I understand this wasn't the preferred solution for you. We then proceeded to cancel your subscription immediately to prevent any future unwanted deliveries.

I used this company recently

I used this company recently. Unfortunately the tablets didn't work for me. I contacted the seller and they promptly answered all my questions. And refunded me on the 60 days money back garntee. Excellent customer service and care.

Poor customer service

Whilst regarding the products of Purolabs with respect, I have been let down again by their site and account settings. Having moved earlier this year and amending address on site, delivery was made to my previous address. I attempted to rectify this by making phone contact where it was explained this needed to be done in multiple areas (so not a simplistic site to use) and that all was now undertaken. My past 5 orders have all been delivered correctly. However my most recent order was delivered to old address, despite nothing further being amended by myself and I have now paid for goods never received, being told this is my mistake. No refund or new product dispatch offered. Now cancelling my account due to what I see as poor customer service and will be seeking better service elsewhere.

Purolab have now responded to this review stating there were multiple addresses on account & an incorrect one was selected when making this purchase. I still fail to see after how speaking over phone previously & asking for only the one correct address to remain on account, being sssured this was the case that this still occurs at my expense.
Thus only strengthening my experience & feelings.

Read the small print!

At first I was thrilled to have found such good products. I ordered the multivitamins as and when I needed them, as I thought you could do that. But somehow I seem to be receiving repeat orders, with a Direct Debit going out of my account. I'm 73 and this has left me a bit bewildered. I'm certain I didn't sign up for that, and how on earth do I stop it? It feels a bit like when you order from Amazon, everything's great, then you suddenly realise you've inadvertently been signed up to something called Amazon Prime and Direct Debits start going out of your account...and it's the devil of a job to cancel. Are we all being bamboozled?
Updated: since I wrote this purolabs have apologised for any confusion and have promised to look agin at their subscription policy to try to make it more transparent. They have also cancelled my subscription.

Will never buy again from this company

Be careful when you buy from this company, as there is a misleading way to take money from the customer with the two-cycle subscription, which is not clear on the website.
They refused to cancel the subscription when I realized I had to buy again, even if I didn’t like the product. They didn’t accept the return and refund. I will never buy again from them.

In regards to your return request, our team has explained why we’re unable to process your return at this time—since there’s an open claim in your account due to you filing a chargeback with your financial institution, our system is unable to process refunds for returned items until this claim is resolved.
