Changing order recipient
I placed an order with the wrong recipient and when I contacted customer services asking them to change the recipient and address, I got an immediate response. My daughter has just started taking the B12 supplement so we will see if it makes any difference to her energy levels. If the supplement is as good as the customer service then I will be very impressed.

When my January delivery of turmeric…
When my January delivery of turmeric didn’t arrive I emailed the company.
Their response was immediately dealt with. .as the weather was awful, heavy snow and ice they suggested I wait another few days , which was totally acceptable due to the weather.
Still no delivery so emailed , again another immediate response. They send out another supply immediately which arrive a couple of days later.
Their customer service team are extremely helpful and would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Having tried several different Biotin supplements I was interested to see if Purolabs lived up to my expectations and the claims made by the website. Although I have only been taking them for just over three weeks I have seen a difference- ie less hair loss - one of my main bug bears.
I particularly liked the fact that there was no fillers; so all in all I feel confident that I have found the supplement that is the one I shall be happy to continue with.

Mind-bogglingly unresponsive
I have truly never dealt with a company that so signally failed to respond to, or maybe even comprehend, their customers' emails. I can't even bring myself to go into the whole long story, but whatever I wrote to them, they wrote gush and gobbledygook back, never actually addressing my perfectly polite and reasonable requests. I have now cancelled the subscription for their product that I took out before finding out what kind of company they really were.

Purolabs lack of help
Hi,
I can't leave a review regarding their products as the ones I ordered were delivered to another address, by their chosen courier company. I complained and then emailed back saying that I should go and look for them myself! So, their products may be wonderful, but their help desk is poor, I will not place another order with them again.

Dead rat like smell
I purchased three products (Multivitamin, Collagen Complex, and Vitamin D3 & K2) in November 2023 and used them intermittently until October 2024 without any issues. However, in November 2024, all three products began emitting an unpleasant, dead-rat-like smell, forcing me to discard them. I initially believed these were the best products on the market, certified, lab-tested, and safe, so this has left me quite concerned and confused.
Thankfully, nothing happened to me health-wise, but the experience has shaken my trust. I’m now considering switching to another company for my essential supplements unless Purolabs can provide a satisfactory explanation or assurance about what went wrong. As a regular consumer, I prioritize quality and safety in my health products. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience in hopes it helps others and brings attention to this matter.
