Joe Snookes the local agent was absolutely amazing! Thank goodness for his excellent work. The third party company Simplyfy were absolutely dreadful, I wouldn’t want our buyers to ever go through that again.

Stephanie Davies was assigned to us for a valuation on our home. She is a very pleasant lady and although we decided to go for refurbishment against selling, Stephanie kept in constant touch. If we do decide to sell in the future, she will be our go to lady without a doubt.

The valuation and getting it on the market went well, but once we had a buyer it was not so good.Communication was poor and I was constantly chasing Purple Bricks to move things along. Ours was a simple 2 person chain, would not recommend Purple Bricks if you want to proceed quickly.

Put our house on the market and 3 days later it was sold. I don’t really understand why people use old fashioned and outdated estate agents as most people look online at Rightmove or Zoopla.
Not only that it saved me £5500 on traditional fees.
Extras
All we did was supply them with anti laundering documents £80 for checks, to prove who we were. Paid £119 for a EPC certificate which you need regardless of who you use and it went online. Used my own solicitors so I can have face to face contact rather than use their recommendation.
It’s the way of the future
My son has also used them without any issues. Highly recommended

The lady doing the evaluation was really nice explained what the company did how they value the houses what would need doing and said houses were selling fast in rossington
