AML £80 a rip off
AML £80 a rip off, life time legal, same company as my agent and was £50 ridiculous mark up when they are less than £5 to do.
Id never buy through Purple Bricks again .
Despite the reply I am still being asked to use the same company that charged £50 last week and it's £80 this week so Purple Bricks take the extra

Awful service
Awful service. I originally gave it 5 stars but I’ve come back to write a new one. My house was on the market for 6 months. Ok the market is poor but they have done absolutely nothing to market my property. If you take a marketing break they don’t ever put the house back on the market and I can’t withdraw because it will charge me £300. So now I don’t know if they are going to one day randomly put my house back on the market when they realise it’s been sat there waiting for approval for about 2 months!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt Colleen Gascoigne at Purplebricks deserved the recognition.
From the moment we started receiving offers through to progressing the sale, Colleen made the entire process feel straightforward, professional, and stress-free.
