Excellent product, amazing customer service. I had never heard of this company and was hesitant to purchase, but SO GLAD I DID. The outdoor table and chairs exceeded my expectations, it looks even better in person. It had a slight scuff mark on one of the chairs so they sent me touch up paint to repair. Looks great, so so happy!

It went together easy instructions were self explanatory, easy build, took about 6 hours with 2 people.

Installed shutter on both sides of my pergola. Really like the privacy, will order to finish out back.

I placed my order and received it when they said I would. IT ARRIVED WITH 1 PIECE MISSING, I SENT A TEXT AND THEY IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED AND SENT THE MISSING PART.

These are the best Umbrellas ever. I have 3 11' cantilever and they never fail during strong Arizona wind gusts. Two are anchored in the ground and one stands tall with the water filled ballasts solution.

The gazebo arrived within a week. One box was damaged in transit and they let me know they were sending another. All parts for gazebo were in boxes (8) total. No missing parts and the two guys I hired to install it said it was a lot of fun putting it together 😳😂 I love the gazebo! Curtains are heavy duty and really help block the wind!

Gazebo is beautiful!! We ordered a 14x16 and received it very quick. We are very happy with this product. One small problem was missing a part which delayed our assembly but that came pretty quick too. I would recommend this Gazebo to others.

I am frustrated with your customer service. When I have a problem with an order I want to be able to speak with a representative not wait until someone takes the time to return an email. I ordered a cantilever umbrella with a base and have gotten no base and no tracking information for the base

We needed new material after 7 years of use and was able to purchase the material to renew our umbrella. Bonnie the representative was very helpful in expediting our order and was helpful in installation of the material which was easy to install thanks to the video provided in a linkin an email. Very happy with this company.

The customer service is amazing. They stayed in contract once we placed an order until we put the gazebo together. Unfortunately after we put it together we had a terrible storm that almost destroyed the gazebo. We reached out to the company and they got us all the parts we needed to put it back together. They continued to follow up with us until we had it all back together. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely always use them.

Purple Leaf is a fantastic company with excellent customer service and great products. I own a 20 x 12 pergola and a 14 x 12 gazebo that are easy to set up and of very good quality at an even better price!

Amazing company! I asked if they would hold a shipment for us…we’re snowbirds and wouldn’t be at our winter house in Arizona until after the holidays. They said they would and then contacted us before shipping to make sure someone would be here to accept package(s). We had our 14x 28 gazebo up (with the help from a few friends) in 3 days. It’s beautiful. All the parts were there as advertised. No issues at all. It’s a great addition to our backyard! Thank you Purple Leaf!!

We are extremely happy with our Purple Leaf 10×12 ft hardtop gazebo. The gazebo itself is sturdy, well-designed, and looks beautiful in our backyard. The hardtop feels very solid and provides great shade and protection from the elements.

What really stood out, though, was Purple Leaf’s customer service. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Any questions we had were addressed quickly, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Overall, this was a great purchase and an excellent experience. We would absolutely recommend Purple Leaf to anyone looking for a high-quality gazebo backed by outstanding customer support.

We are about to start the third summer of using a pergola purchased from Purple leaf. My advice is , unless you expect the item to last no more than one season not to purchase. From the second season we have experienced problems with rust and therefore the post fixings breaking away from the base mounts every six months or so. The finish on our wood grain posts has faded or almost nothing. The plastic moving fixings supplied become brittle and snap. We have had to order replacement parts at a very high price from them continually. I have now given up and improvised with other purchased parts to keep the posts from snapping off at the base.
From the start of placing the order we had problems with delivery , missing parts and poor, unsatisfactory after sales service.
Because of this revue above I have now managed to negotiate a reasonable setlement with Purple Leaf .
A 20% refund and some parts free of charge so that I could get another season out of the Pagoda(hopefully).
In my opinion it's a shame that one has to complete a damming revue on Trustpilot in order to get customer satisfaction nowadays. Trustpilot is well worth the time taken to sort out your customer service problem's.
