Suspect Company - Beware

I made an order on 23rd November to ship from the US to the UK. The tracking clearly shows it has been lost and is not moving since it was posted but the company refuses to give me my money back saying it is not thier problem I have been begging for thier help for over 10 days and they have barely lifted a finger. I don't know how prevalent this company is in the US but it does not operate like a genuine company with any interests in its customers. I would avoid like the plague..

I brought two of these for my kids as…

I brought two of these for my kids as Christmas gifts, the scarab one and the liquid glass. BE REALLY careful with the liquid glass. make sure they play only at the table with it. I didn't notice but my son and his friend were throwing it to each other. It has covered the room in olive oil like spots and has ruined loads of bedding!
