Poor quality item. Do not buy.

I bought 2 puzzles! One for my husband’s lockdown birthday and the other for my best friend’s 70th. Both arrived very quickly and were even better than I’d hoped! Wonderful presents!

I ordered a jigsaw as a present. It hasn’t been completed yet but it looks to be good quality. The service was first class, kept me informed about the order throughout and delivery was good.

I love jigsaws and especially those made from family photos. Sent this last one to celebrate 70th birthday and it was very well received. There are no quality issues at all and speed of response and delivery exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Whilst I cannot fault the company for the service given in terms of timescale and producing what I ordered, I would have not gone for the option I chose had a little more information been given regarding quality and suitability of my photograph original. My picture was black and white (golden wedding so 50 years old) and I chose a 2000 piece puzzle. This puzzle was a surprise gift for my wife who is an avid puzzler however, because the picture is black and white there is very little variation in colour/shade to aid in identifying and selecting pieces. With the benefit of hind sight, I would have gone for a smaller puzzle with less pieces. Had advice been given about picture suitability I would have made a better informed choice of puzzle size.

My partner and I had great fun completing our photo montage puzzle, the quality is excellent and it's well worth it.
