Dealing with Qplus+ has been a transformative experience for me compared to my previous experience with my primary care physician. Sharee, my provider, has been beyond amazing, helpful, understanding and nonjudgmental. Most everything is done at home (appointments, med refills, med delivery, testing), only once in a blue moon am I required to go to Quest for bloodwork. Not to mention EVERYTHING is at no cost! Yes, I mean everything!
I highly recommend Qplus+, not to be cliche but they are life changing.

I’ve been a client for the last 4 months and QCare has far exceeded my expectations and experiences with telehealth so far. I scheduled my initial appointment with Sheree same day & she was professional, personal, and so thorough and knowledgeable. She reminded me that our sexual health is a part of our overall wellness and I left feeling empowered to share with the group chat immediately! Within 3 days, my first Prep and DoxyPEP prescriptions arrived in the mail in discreet packaging and it’s all free. Sheree is extremely responsive and I can’t recommend her and QCare enough.

My experience with QCarePlus was very good. The setup process I experienced was very pleasant. Sharee Clarke was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sharee always got back to me with resolutions or answers in a timely manner.

Qcare+ is so great. Easy to work with and convenient with mail-in lab work. Sharee Clark the nurse practioner is knowledgeable, non judgemental, thorough and helpful. Everything about this service is wonderful.

A few months ago i was in a tough spot, feeling a little lost. Sharee helped me learn about some tools and things i could use to protect myself better. I was so thankful to find this service at the time i did. She was super kind, patient, and compassionate.

Q Care + has been so convenient! The providers are so helpful with every question I had and really put me at ease.

Doctor completely incompetent and misdiagnosed me with HBV. Went to PCP and was told I'm fine. Doc additionally refused to work well with me, created reasons to be transphobic, and overall refused to remove my information from their system when I wanted to quit their services. Took me 5 trues to have my information removed and I had to fill in all fields with blank info for them to even consider deleting my profile. If you fall in the trans community do not use this service. They will go out of their way to use your AGAB on everything even after you have fully medically transitioned in every legal and physical way. Refused to treat me without putting down F when every legal paper I have and my body says I'm M!

I’m so grateful for Q Care Plus! Their services are some of the best in community outreach, and my experience has been smooth for the entirety of 1+ years with them. They make an essential form of healthcare extremely affordable. My provider, Sharee Clarke, is the best- always very warm, informative and prompt, I love working with her. I highly recommend Q Care Plus!

Super quick and helpful appointment

This is such a great program and very happy to have signed up for it otherwise not sure I would have kept up. The support and encouragement provided is unsurpassed not to mention the courtesy to keep you moving along with the testing kits. The response time is great when I have questions etc

I loved the straight to the point attitude but still plenty of stop points to ask if I have any questions. Absolutely love the judge free environment.

Ralston Lockett has been kind, informative and welcoming since the first moment I spoke with him. Usually visits for prep are embarrassing. The looks. The judgement. The questions which feel like an interrogation. The shame and guilt for wanting to be safe. None of that came with this new visit. I felt understood and welcomed for the first time by a medical provider that only wanted to help and inform, all with a smile throughout our entire conversation. Whenever I had a question, I’d get a fast answer by him or somebody else on their team. They made sure my insurance and copay coupons covered the cost, while also reaching out to my local pharmacy to make sure I could get additional medication for Doxy Pep. Everything went smoothly. No problems. No issues. My former doctor took three times to get me the proper meds which resulted in a delay and gap between doses. It was like this was a burden on them compared to the patients that actually needed their help. I gave up taking prep a few years ago in part because of the stigma accompanying each visit, but that is no longer a deciding factor regarding if I decide to stop taking prep in the future. There’s a reason why they have so many five star reviews, this company and their employees have earned every star. My friends are apprehensive about ordering pills online, and I won’t lie, I was too, but with this experience I will never go back to my doctor for prep again. I have a choice now, and as many of us say in the gay community, our families are the ones we make. That’s why I chose Q Care Plus, because they’re not just medical providers-they’re practically family. And not the homophobic uncle you have to tolerate at Christmas. Thank you so much Nurse Ralston and your team for all you do. I only wish I knew about you sooner.

Working with Sharee Clarke has been an excellent experience. From first intake, she has been nothing but professional and personable. I can’t say enough good things about this service and the people who provide it.

I spoke with Angela - the medical assistant who works with Sharee Clarke and they are both fantastic. Not only are they down to earth and very personable but they have helped me work through issues with my insurance when trying to get it to cover something. Angela is a detective who figured out the software wasn’t working well and still found a way and Sharee is very good also due to her fast follow ups and direct contact with patients.

My appointment was care free, easy and professional! The health care person was very nice and made me feel very comfortable answering some uncomfortable questions that needed to be answered! Highly recommended qcareplus over others for sure! Thank you so much for being here when I need you!!

Customer service doesn’t respond for days

Q Care Plus has helped me a lot during my visit to the US so that I did not lose my prep dosis. The application was easy and they took charge of everything.

I've experienced nothing but good things from qcare+ and Dr. Laterza. My labs always arrive as scheduled so I can complete everything at home. It's all very easy to understand and simple to do. I've always received my results timely as well after shipping my samples back to the lab for testing. I love being able to do self care in this manner. It gives me peace of mind knowing I'm protecting myself and others.

Mr. Bashlian is an amazing provider. He has helped me so much . He has made me care more about my health than before .He responds to my messages right away . When I have questions for him ,he gives me the best answers .
