My provider Sharee and her assistant Angela have been wonderful, and the website/service itself are easy to use and consistently reliable. Every staff member I've spoken with from the website as well as every medical professional have been respectful.

Joshua Brycen Gave me details of the process and procedure. Answered my questions. E-mailed me all the information I needed to go forward with this process. He was very friendly and easy to talk to.

I felt like the doctor was really on my side I didn't feel judged at all.

Also when my boss barged in on my tele meeting and was cursing about how I have to get back to work the doctor was very cool about it and thought it was funny. That was much appreciated too cuz that could have been embarrassing.

Having the confidence and Judgement free zone to Ask personal questions and receive important information on how to use the test kits to the reason for wanting to get on PrEp! Sharee Was great with making me feel comfortable and confident on Selecting a PrEp, and reminding me if I have any questions she is more than happy to answer them. If you’re nervous to start a conversation don’t hesitate, it’ll be worth it!

Isla was very personable and she truly cared . She made me feel at ease answering the questions.

QCarePlus has been a BLESSING. My health insurance provider has a specialty clinic for PrEP nearly an hour away from me—and I’m in Los Angeles! You’d think a giant corporation would have more convenient locations. Alas, no. QCarePlus has a location ten minutes from me and it’s made my life much easier—especially with the mail-in testing.

Raffi Bashlian, NP, has also been incredibly kind, patient, and informative with all of my questions and concerns. Couldn’t ask for a better practitioner. Thank you for everything, Raffi!

Testing media is sent to you via us postal mail and in a timely manner and collection instructions are included and they are simple to follow. Receiving meds is just as simple. Staff are readily available for any questions or concerns that come up! I truly believe qcare’s business model is to keep everything simple, which is greatly appreciated!!
