We ordered food online for our company lunch today but had an issue with the credit card. When I called to explain the problem with the manager, Gabriela, she was very polite, professional and accommodating to help us get our order corrected.

I appreciate Gabriela's positive attitude in assisting us and correcting a problem that was not Qdoba's fault. It was great to work with someone who is so capable and responsive in making our luncheon happen in a timely manner.

Beaverton Oregon, we order queso nachos with chips on the side, we got…. NO CHIPS, NO QEUSO SAUCE, VERY VERY SMALL PORTIONS, I remember a bowl full of liquid cheese when I used to go there not long ago, and they put steak instead of chicken on our chicken nachos, COME ON QDOBA WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON THESE DAYS… I DIDN’T CARE FOR THE 2025’ OUTCOME OF OUR PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION EITHER, NOW IM ROBBED OF THE FOOD I ORDER TOO?!?!?!?!?? LESS FREEDOM AND FOOD???

We arrived at about 5pm, so the dinner rush really had not quite started. They were out of shrimp, I was told they didn't currently have steak, although I saw a bunch piled up on the flattop. We asked for chips and had to ask again when we didn't get them. There was not room in the trash bin to discard our trash. The high school was doing a fundraiser so there were more high schoolers than probably usual; however, they knew about the fundraiser and should've planned for it. They were completely unprepared to serve their guests and I don't plan to return to that store.

Went to the Gastonia NC location Friday at 6:05 pm Out of shrimp, guacamole and Sweet tea. How can you be out of food at the start of the dinner rush? The place was not clean had to hunt to find a table clean enough to sit down. Trash can overfilled. The food temp was warm not hot. They charged $2.75 for cup of water. Price is just as much as at a good Mexican restaurant, with a Mexican restaurant you get served at the table with real plates and cups. Also you do not pay for the chips a salsa and water. I cannot understand why anyone would pay good money to eat there. So what is the attraction? I also went on their website asking for a call to discuss the matter. No reply. Must know they have iss.

I'm simply unhappy with the loaded tortilla soup because really it's not really a soup. It's manly a burrito bowl, if you look up the ingredients for tortilla soup it would be having broth im sure and yes meat and tortilla strips in it. The customer service is great but I think that tortilla soup becomes an after thought.

I went to Qdoba and Elizabethtown Kentucky. They were very nice. The food was good. The place was clean. I definitely will go back.

Ordered nachos with “3 types of cheese” at the restaurant at Atlanta airport. Worst nachos of my life. The slobbered on some white gooey sauce that did not taste good. This has made me reevaluate ordering nachos from a fast food chain ever again. Simply disgusting.

I just want to say, I had a great experience yesterday. The staff was so friendly. I never ate at Qdoba before, but Ms. Lauren helped me out with the menu. I'll definitely be back.

After calling Qdoba and telling them that I received the wrong order, they continued to tell me they couldn’t find my order in their system, even after I gave them my order number and offered to send them a copy of my receipt. At that point, they put me on hold and began taking orders from other customers. As of the writing of this review (12/27/2024), I’ve been on hold now for 1 hour, 28 minutes. They’re still taking orders from other customers.

Qdobo is wrong for giving us not even a scoop of meat and rice in our mini bowls and they do not offer chips with our mini bowls unless we pay for them. What’s the difference between getting chips with a regular size bowl and a mini bowl? Every time I ask for Queso sauce on my bowl I do not get it,

Don't bother ordering the brisket birria unless you like a lot of fat. By the time the fat chunks were pulled out of my burrito, there wasn't much left. The rest of the burrito was great, just not the meat.

I'm writing in regards to my experience at Qdoba located on Marquette University's campus on north 16th Street and west Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. To be fair, all workers had gloves on their hands, however, those gloves were touching several things before they were used to serve food. I witnessed 3 workers, one of which was the ""manager" of this establishment, touching receipts, refrigerator handles, buckets of peppers, meats etc., and just resting on the counter tops prior to preparing orders. This type of behavior is concerning because it can lead to severe illness and at minimum an upset stomach. I asked the gentleman to change his gloves before preparing my order, which he did without hesitation. The manager inserted herself into the conversation and said "that's why we wear gloves sir" although she didn't witness what I did because she was in the back room and not the dining area/upfront. I don't think it would matter though because after she put on her gloves she began touching non-food surfaces herself. Also, the manager is a lady with long dreadlocks that also should be covered with a hair net instead of being unharnessed around food. I explained to her that gloves are useless if they're being used to touch all these surfaces prior to preparing food, but she was combative/argumentative. We just had an outbreak of food contamination at McDonald's due to tainted ingredient. This sort of behavior and the lack of food safety training I witnessed at Qdoda cant be acceptable. I think your agency should go there and witness the food handling and recommend some best practices to keep everyone who eats there safe.This happened today, October 26th, 2024 at 12:30 p.m.

I’m a third-party delivery person and I was at the Qdoba on 11th Ave. in Greeley Colorado. When I arrived, there were no customers and only two employees that I could see. One was sweeping the other was on her tablet just barely out of sight, I believe she was the manager. I requested my customers order and was informed that it wasn’t supposed to be fired up until 1130. I asked if they could make it and the reply was in six minutes. The manager, Savanna, Said she could make something else. My employer expects me to arrive at the location as soon as possible after I receive the order. So I waited for the order because there was nothing else I could do. Savanna took her sweet time putting my order together. Savannah needs intense Management training or be fired.

You ruined our Life in a guessing game. Thank you Qdoba.

We went to the Qdoba in Midwest City Oklahoma today and although there was a line, the quality of food was outstanding. I do write many reviews for other places to eat throughout Oklahoma and I will be coming back

Can't heat a burrito it was cold people rude. Never again. Will let people know about there cold food can't get it warm unless it's a quesddia

I like Qdoba on S East St, in Indianapolis, near Kroger. People at the counter are polite and burrito bowls are always tasty.
